Adequate breakfast; beautiful lobby; great room.

I called ahead to ask about the extended checkout. They have a later check out from other hotels at 12pm, but I needed it at 1pm. Called before booked to see if available, staff told me it was available. During check-in, I double-checked again and was told I’d need to call in the morning of check out around 9am. Okay, great. Morning of checkout, called at 9am and was told that they don’t do late check out… bless her heart, but the sweetie that was at the desk was like, “We don’t do late check out. Did he tell you to call and check? Or did he say we do do late checkouts?” lol why would I even check if you DON’T do late check outs? 😂🤣 that’s is a waste of time for something that isn’t available apparently…

The breakfast options were great. I was hoping the waffle boats would be available, but they had an auto pancake machine. It was just ok. Day one of my stay, it produced a snowman-shaped pancake. The coffee was great! The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and the property was well-managed.

The guests next to me were loud the first and second night of my stay. The walls are thinner than I expected.The desk worker, I believe her name was Kristy, was very accommodating in switching my room.

We have stayed at this property several times and it is always easy to get checked in, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is consistently available in a clean environment. OK selections, however I was disappointed that there were no bananas. Most of the selections are unhealthy and either loaded with sugar and or carbs. I would like more fresh fruit selections. They only had apples.

I would like more healthy breakfast selections like fresh fruit.

We visited Mobile for just one night and didn't expected much from the hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel is close to perfection for us. Very clean and very welcoming place where you can rest in a comfortable bed. We even played few games on a pool table in the lobby. The hotel is located where the main shopping area of Mobile is, just 15 minutes from the city's centre. The room was super clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was standard but tasty - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages cereal, fruits, fresh pancakes, etc. with a great variety of products. It is an animal frendly place because we saw a lot of dog people in the morning.

The staff was wonderful, friendly helpful, and the room was VERY clean. The location was excellent . I give an excellent 10..

The mattress was terrible..woke up every day in pain..I definitely would say it is time to replace the mattresses. That's the only reason I didn't rate it as excellent. Would loved to have made it our to-go place when we came here on vacation..my back couldn't take it..I rate it a 0 terrible..

Almost everything. Great breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Our room was the last one one on 4th floor. Workman were scraping and painting the outside wall of our room. It was very noisy until 8 pm and the workmen started again at 8:00 am. It didn’t affect our stay but if someone who needed rest or a nap was in the room, they would have been very upset.

I really liked the hotel, the breakfast was great, and the hotel was CLEAN, the premises was very appealing. I'm not getting paid for this am I. lol

This was my first time staying at tru Hilton, had to adjust to no drawers, microwave and etc, however it was definitely worth the cost.

THE BATHROOM HAS LIQUID HAND SOAP!! Overall the bathroom was great. The bed was extremely soft and cozy. Breakfast was great. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel so welcome in Mobile

There were some crumbs and wrappers that fell behind the bedside table from previous guests, so maybe those areas need to be checked more frequently. But everything else was PERFECT

The receptionist was so nice! She even recommended a restaurant for us to go to that was good! Room was good, could have used 2 chairs instead of 1 to watch tv, my husband sat in the chair, and i had to sit on the bed, other than that a very good experience!

there really was nothing that we did not like. we had plenty of dining options nearby which was also a plus.
