I loved the location/friendly staff/very clean/

I made my RSVP on line but also called several days before my arrival to confirm I would be placed in a room with a roll in shower...upon arrival the only room available was one with a bathtub...I'm totally disabled from the waist down and getting in a bathtub is not an option for me...I felt I should have received a phone call prior to arrival notifying me that the room was not available...the room was large enough for me to move around but the bathroom was not as expected.. everything else was excellent!!!

The staff was amazing. Our room did not have internet so we could not watch television. However, when I called the front desk the attendant stated that she was unaware of the situation and that she would move us or either reduce our bill to make up for the inconvenience . We chose to stay in the room since we had unloaded everything and it was only for one night. She did reduce our bill which we appreciated. My husband and I would definitely stay again. The location was great! The breakfast area was super! Tinja, the breakfast attendant was amazing! She was very attentive and always kept the needs of the guest at the forefront. She even watched the children. There was some younger children that was going to try to fix their own waffles, but she immediately stopped them to ensure that they had adult supervision. The cleanliness of the breakfast area was superb! Thank you all! There is nothing like having a clean place to lay your head upon taking a break from the road!

Only the internet service, but I believe that it was current out of your hands. Service orders were placed with the internet provider, but they had not shown up and it was a holiday weekend. (Labor Day)

It was a comfortable and quiet stay. The food was great. Our room was equipped with everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. I have stayed here before. Nice quiet area after the businesses close in the evening

Hotel is pet friendly and I checked in after some rain had gone through. Entrance lobby smelled like wet pets, as I should have expected, but not overpowering. My room smelled fresh and clean though. Was very satisfied with it. Breakfast? Best to find you a place down the road. Very good barbecue place for breakfast down toward Tillman's Corner.

Everything was Wonderful. Hospitality was great.

Very pretty, very clean, nice staff. Breakfast was good; big selection. Big nice pool with nice seating. Room was clean and pretty. Bathroom was clean and looked nice. Close to the Battleship we were passing through to see on the way to the beach. So perfect for what we needed. Plenty of bedding for pullout sofa. Ice machine to refill our cooler. They let us check in early and pick our floor. Overall was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Nothing negative about the property. Check in manager was very nice and let us pick our floor but failed to tell us there was a $75 fee added onto our total. I booked on booking.com and was charged $75 more than quoted. I asked about it the next morning and the other lady explained it to me and said I would get it back in a couple days, and I did. So beware of the fee.

The staff was very nice and accommodating

When i tried to check in at 3:15 the rooms were available.

The only issue we had was with the hideaway bed. There were no bed linen in the room for this accommodation. The nice lady up front was more than happy to help us with this item along with two more towels for our family of five. Breakfast was great and we walked safely to a close restaurant for dinner (there are 3 or 4 close). The pool was awesome and the work out facility was top notch. Our family loves Home 2 Suites and this Mobile location did not disappoint.

I do not believe the room was ready to accommodate our family of five. We needed bed linen for the hideaway bed and two more towels. However, the hospitality of the staff and cleanliness of all spaces more than made up for this miscommunication.

From the moment we came through the doors the staff were exceptional. The room was fantastic. When my reservations were made I was not in a wheelchair. The clerk who checked us in automatically gave me a handicap accessible room. From beginning to end there was no complaints.

Everything was excellent. I have not complaints.

We really enjoyed the staff and customer service was A1! The breakfast was also pretty good for a hotel! The location was great as well!

We didn't like that the washer/dryer was out of service (front desk rep did let us know that they were awaiting it and apologized) and that they ran out of towels one night. I also didn't care for the cleanliness of my room but it wasn't worth mentioning.
