The breakfast was great and there was a good variety of foods. The attendant was there to help if we needed anything. Overall it was a great time.

,I wanted a room with 2 beds and 1 room with just bed 1 and I got 2 rooms with 1 and a roll out couch. That was not what I wanted. The rooms were prepayed and there was no effort on the attendant to better accommodate me. If I can't get a clear understanding of what I am getting, next time I will get a motel that can.

Customer Service was Great! Neil went above and beyond to not only accommodate my request, but also the request of a friend who wanted to change her reservation from another hotel...Great Job Neil. Also brought extra pillows right away!

Unfortunately, my wife saw a small roach in our bathroom when we walked in, and they ran out of orange juice for breakfast on Sunday morning. Also the sofa had a big tear in it.

Nice, clean and people were friendly. Good breakfast too.

My bathroom needed work. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and door handle was not working. Bathrooms is lobby were closed because they were not working. Looked like the small repairs were not being made to keep the place in top condition. Other than that it was good and I would stay again in the future.

Staff was very welcoming when we arrived. The room was nice and comfortable bed.

The bathroom barely had one soap,one tiny shampoo, and no conditioner or lotion or soap for sink.We had to get more towels from staff. We were surprised at the lack of food at breakfast as we went at 7am and one stale bagel,no bread,small amount of eggs! Nobody came to refill for more guests as they came in.

Staff was friendly, location was right were we needed to be, decent breakfast, pool, gym, had a Publix right behind it, and also had like 5/6 different restaurants right behind the hotel.

The pool could’ve been better taken care of. Toss some meat on the breakfast menu.

The staff was very friendly especially the man who was at the desk when we checked out. The room was overall clean which is my biggest thing. Also, the price was great especially for having such a clean facility compared to other expensive places is which is always a BIG WIN for us!

We did not have any dislikes.

Front desk associates were really great during checkin and checkout. Very friendly and professional. The coffee was great and so are the bath accessories like the shampoo and conditioner.

As always, great location surrounded by every store you need. Great size rooms and very comfortable.

Only thing I didn't like was the stains on the sheets and pillowcases. To add on, it was very dusty in the room everywhere. It seemed as if someone was rushing to clean the room and it showed.

Great location, walking distance to everything you may possibly need. Great staff, hotel was very clean and welcoming. Definitely will stay again.

Some of the sheets had stains on them but I changed them myself. The toilet was very unstable, almost came off the floor. The doors are hard to open and close at times.

all fine except the cats in front doorway.

There were resident cats at the main entrance. They were fed and encouraged by the staff. There was a donation jar on the main desk asking for help to support the cats, referring to them as doormen. They could enter the facility at will. I am allergic to cats and it flared up my allergies. I have stayed there on numerous occasions and never experienced anything like this before. It was a safety concern for my mother who is on a walking cane at present, we were concerned they would trip her. If the owners want to keep cats put them where the public doesn’t have to be exposed to them. I will not be housed with them having access to the facilities again.
