I liked the location it's calm and quite, our two nights spent well, The receptionist was kind and helpfull with all queations I asked, we got there around 9pm my kids were hungry but they have a snack shop it helped, The room was clean, bexs were clean and all furnitures were clean and well aranged

I didn't like that the room we got in the bathroom the sink was kinda leaked there's a black mold on the wall under the sink you can see it when using toilet or bath tub. I'm also dissapointed that there was no even a single bottle of water in the refregarator, the AC sounds old when turned on it makes noisy and made kids uncomfortable.

The property was exceptional. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and whenever I’m in the area this will always be my choice of stay . Thank you so much for making our stay here the best. You all treated us as if we were family !!!!! Love all of you 💕

Very friendly staff Housekeeping was good and I love that she came to ask did we need anything Sunday morning when we checked out was quick and front desk was very helpful making sure we had a good stay We definitely will be back

Quiet and well clean

Centrally located, with quick and easy access to places like restaurants and shopping. The room was really spacious, clean, and comfortable. Terrific amenities such as the little fitness center, 24hr. free coffee in the lobby and a nice continental breakfast. And most importantly the WONDERFUL STAFF!!! BOTH MORNING & EVENING !!! We never lacked or wanted for anything.

Wish the parking could be expanded a little more

The people were friendly and the location is wonderful.

The TV was difficult to see, especially dark scenes. Difficult to access the pool. The back door can not be used to enter even with a key card.

Cleanliness . Breakfast was good! Quite neighborhood!

Every time i left the room! Come back ! Key would not work! Had to go get new keys made!! THAT WAS FRUSTRATING!! I even made sure cellphones was always away from key! 😐

Everything was nice,breakfast was at a great time,room had a microwave and a refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable,staff was very nice. Hotel was very quiet

Even though they allow pets and there was an occasional whine or bark, it was relatively quiet in the building. We were able to enjoy the pool and it is so close to the beach.

The property was very easy to locate in a town we did not know! Safe area for female travelers- staff was amazingly kind!!

Slow draining tub and sink

Great location in Saraland. There are a couple restaurants next door. Staff was friendly. Had a variety to choose from for breakfast.
