I arrived about 45 mins before check-in time and wasn't expecting to be able to get in but decided to try anyway since we were tired from our day already. The lady at the front desk was nice and professional and got us in our room early which I greatly appreciated. The room was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and check-in/check-out was easy. It was a quiet stay and the air worked great so we were able to relax easily.

The Breakfast sucked. I didn't expect gourmet but the options were VERY limited, the only hot item available was sausage gravy in a crock pot. I was disappointed but it ate. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. My biggest hang up was the ice bucket couldn't be used because it had not been cleaned in some time and was growing stuff inside of it. The mold was so piled up in a clump I thought it was a dead mouse at first. It was shocking and disappointing because everything else appeared clean and tended to. I also didn't like the placement of the coffee pot in the room being in the bathroom. I thought that was gross and unsanitary so I did not use it.

The breakfast was good, location was amazing, beds were really comfortable and mattresses looked new and the room and hotel was really clean. The parking lot was really well lit up and felt very safe. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful.

Hours on the pool could’ve been a lot better as the pool closes at 7:00 pm, by then, if you are out doing things then you are usually getting back in the hotel by that time, I can see 9 or 10 as we didn’t even get to enjoy the pool. The door to the bathroom in the room hits the toilet and the showers water pressure wasn’t the best.

The rooms were clean in comparison to a few other hotels I've stayed since this year and was very comfortable.

On arrival, the receptionist was cold and almost unresponsive even as I greeted her and loudly announced my name and reason for being there. The guest at the counter had moved away and I stepped forward and waited a minute for her to acknowledge me. When she didn't, I announced myself after which, she quietly went about checking me in and then passed the keys & ID to me. I asked if she could recommend a good local restaurant & she pointed me to Ruby Tuesday's. Not a great 1st impression of Saraland.

Beds were a bit high to get into and needed a step No toilet paper ..no one at the desk to ask for it The key cards were very difficult to use and had to reinsert several times and pull the door closed to make it work The breakfast selection was very poor ..no it wasn't just about the eggs no protein choices all starch But the staff I did see was friendly..and helpful and location was great for our trip

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with spacious rooms that surpass the size of those in many other hotels I have visited. Each room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The bed was both comfortable and clean, and the room was well-maintained. Conveniently located near several fast-food establishments, this hotel is an excellent choice for an overnight stay when traveling to Florida.

The breakfast has a very limited menu. No eggs or bacon is provided. Most items like butter are store brand.

Room was exceptionally clean. The staff while I had limited interactions with them were very friendly and helpful. Very large parking lot that helped as I was pulling a trailer and it was well lit and roomy. Waffle house and several other restaurants near by.

My room faced the parking lot. The very bright lights were pretty intense through the window. There is a shade on the window that did wonders for this. All in all I prefer the bright parking lot, but if you are sensitive to light when sleeping you might want to request another side of the building. Was not a problem for me.

Breakfast was decent and the facility was very nice. The beds are comfortable. The only issue I had at the hotel was the pool. the water was ice cold. Nobody could use it. It would have been a great addition. The other guests at the hotel were nice and the hotel ran on a regular. Overall it was nice and I plan to stay there again.

Maybe I looked at the wrong pictures, but my understanding is that there was a pool outside. I only saw the itty-bitty pool inside. Maybe it was there, and I just didn't see it, and I should have asked more questions.

Clean. Good price. We went to see Mobile, but spentball our time in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. So Saraland ended up not as convenient, but still a good location. We had never been to Mobile, so we were uninformed about the area. ONE BIG THANK YOU! I had originally booked the room 1 week too early by mistake. Your Customet Service and hotel staff solved that with a cancellation and rebooking without charging me. I really appreciate that. You saved the day!

Would I have preferred some eggs for breakfast? Probably. But I am healthier eating your Continental offerings. Yes. It was really not a complaint. Oh, I did have 1 complaint. The STUPID, short, stubby towel hooks on the back of the bathroom doors did not hold towels well and jabbed me in the arm thrice while I wad reaching behind me to close the door. Really dumb engineering on the towel torture hooks. Otherwise, it was a great 2 nights.

I did not have the opportunity to participate in breakfast. Although, I arrived about 9 a.m. the attendant had put 100% of the breakfast items away. When I inquired, he indicated that he started putting breakfast away at 8:59 and that it only took him about a minute. He only sought to justify himself and did not even offer to give me a pastry or piece of fruit. Several others arrived at 9 and was not able to get anything for breakfast. Even though I understand the need to put breakfast items away in a timely manner, showing sensitivity toward customers who are hungry and only a minute late would be a good practice.
