The staff are nice. They upgraded both our rooms from a King Bed Non-Smoking to King Bed Studio Suite. It is an older hotel but the bathroom sink was very nice and long. Our TV worked and we watched movies on E!. Two refrigerators, and a microwave. AC worked fine. Couch, lounge chair, desk chair. It looked just like the photos of that room online right down to the framed painting of a bycicle on the wall. Best lighting in the room of any hotel on this more than week-long trip. Breakfast had real orange juice. Coffee is available all day. Golf courses near by. Food nearby like Waffle House.

They did the best they could with breakfast, just eggs no meat. Their delivery was late for the sausage. The cook offered to make more gravy for the bisquits it we wanted it. I don't eat that. In my sons room the remote control did not work for the TV. The journey to the hotel at night was like a maze. When leaving the roads were more direct.

The manager and staff was extremely nice, which was very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. I had just stayed at 2 other hotels prior to coming here and they were terrible yet won the pool was green they had no breakfast they had cereal but no milk no eggs no sausage no gravy nothing a bagel or toast the other one had oatmeal or grits. No waffles but I will say that this one the breakfast was exactly how it should be, plenty of variety everything was nice and hot. I was very happy. I most definitely would stay there again if I was to come back there.

Great quick stay here at Holiday Inn, Semmes. The staff were friendly and helpful, even showing us the room before we decided to lock it in/stay. Lots of food/shops around. We had a car, but plenty were in walking distance too. We got a ride share to Mary's in Eight Mile for a couple of drinks which was a fun and very authentic Mobile, Alamaba experience, too.

Nothing to complain about!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. There were several options for food and shopping nearby. The staff ,especially Andrea, was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure that the tv worked when we could not get it to work,

Pillows were very small.

The staff is courteous and nice.

This is definitely not a 3-star. It’s a 2-star at most. The facility is very old with broken hardware in the bathroom but functional. The owner keeps up the facility at their best with very limited cost

The beds were nice and comfortable and it was quiet.

The reservation was for one queen bed but it got messed up so they gave us 2 full size beds. My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds but we were so tired it didn't really matter much.

It was a nice little place. Lots of places to get food everywhere. Plus they had a great little breakfast buffet with a very nice lady tending to it.

Wish it was jus a little closer to highway. Easy to get to though if you read your map correctly. I did not read my maps correctly so took me a few twists and turns to get there.

The towels, the pillows, and the bedding all smell, very fresh and clean. The room was spotless. The bathroom had everything I needed, and the hot water was never ending.

Friendly clean and close to everything. We felt comfortable and welcome.

The room did not have good lighting. And the smoking area is small.

the time before last there was no hit water and they failed to let us know until we called about it I think I deserve a free ight I stay at that location a few times a mouth
