The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff running the breakfast area were very friendly, keeping everything well stocked and clean. The pool was clean and fun. The hotel receptionist helped change my room for the remainder of my stay and extended my stay for an extra night.

The room I stayed in the first night was not good. The bathroom was not very clean; there was hair in the shower and on the floor. The drain was not working correctly. There was a stain on the carpet between the beds that looked like vomit, and people above me sounded like someone jumping off the bed or doing acrobatics. I requested a room change for the second night, and it was much better, spotless and quiet. I recommend booking directly. I had booked using a third-party service, and they may give you rooms that are not up to par because of the discounted price.

The facilities and location were good.

EXTREMELY loud housekeeping staff. We could hear them banging things around in the bathroom in the room next to us and in the hallway. I had never heard anything like it in any other hotel where I’ve ever stayed. They also had loud conversations in the hallway. This started around 8:30am but would have been inappropriate at any time of day. Uncomfortable beds and pillows.

Everything!!!! The location was perfect for our son's College Move in Day! The hotel was right across the street! The hotel was very clean!!!!! Our room was spacious and super clean! The free breakfast was DELICIOUS! The Staff was par excellent!!!! We will be staying here every time we are in Mobile!!! Worth every dime!

My husband and kids loved the breakfast. The room was decent size as well. Overall the facility seemed pretty clean. Housekeeping was quick to respond to a request we had as well.

We had a large cockroach in our room. Realize they are part of the south but really don't want to share a room with them.

Beds were comfortable, lived coffee maker in the room. Also sofa bed. I did not personally eat breakfast but friends said it was good and convenient. Would stay again

I was charged twice, need to check to see if I have been given credit yet. Bathroom, wish toilet was separated from vanity and tub. Just performances with a group.better lighting by full length mirror. Small things. All in all very comfortable.

The check-in person was not friendly or welcoming. I guess she was having a bad day. I was charged twice for my room (one night stay) and it took several phone calls, talking with several people, over several days for billing to be corrected. It was a hassle getting it all straightened out.

It is right next to campus and places to eat. It is very clean and the breakfast is great! Coffee is served all day!

The a/c unit works, but it is connected to a wall unit and if you aren’t sleeping next to it, it’s hot! If you are sleeping next to it, you will freeze.

Wow! Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Beds are extra comfortable, the room was clean. When we entered the hotel, I immediately could smell this scent which I loved right away. I loved the pool area, kids loved it. We will definitely come back for more nights.

People were friendly, the room was nice. Breakfast was good

Would have been nice to have gluten free dairy free options for those with food allergies. I booked the room with what booking.com called a spa tub and paid extra for it. The tub was the same as all the rest. I think booking.com should refund me some money. I would have rated the value higher if Booking.com didn't trick me.

Y7We enjoyed our stay very much! Although there was a little problem with our room initially (I had asked for an ADA room with a roll--in shower) we were placed into a king- size room (ADA room()! Which was very accomodatingh! The staff were most helpful to find us - an ADA Room with a roll-in shower!
