10/10- the staff here is amazing. Our family spent the weekend here moving our daughter into her college dorm because we live 5 hrs away. Everyone is so professional and accommodating, but also empathetic that is was an emotional time for us... They recommended great restaurants and shopping and even provided last minute items without being asked... Truly took care of us.

The entry sign could use improvement- I drove past it a few times and had to turn around

We liked the staff and location, the room design was great, but ..

The building is showing its age, the faux furniture was peeling in the suite, the bathroom showed signs of water damage or past leaks, this property is obviously not of high importance to Hilton, they are letting it run down, which is a shame the design is great

So I got food poisoning from a restaurant in town… the staff at this hotel went above and beyond!!! They had over the counter meds for my stomach. They never made me feel embarrassed at the mess I had made at 2am asking for clean linen… I was so blessed to have people there who cared. I was far from home and they made me feel better. I stayed at the Phoenix All Suites West location. The suite was exactly as shown online. My room was directly over the pool and had a beautiful view of the beach. The balcony had a nice table and chairs. I sat and had coffee on the balcony a few times and just people watched. I didn't go in the pool but I saw maintenance people cleaning it every day and lots of kids enjoyed it. A board pathway to the beach was just next to the pool. The location gave easy access to shops and restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of room and the bed was great.

I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the bathroom. Everything worked and there was plenty of hot water but the vanity needed to be replaced. The bottom of the vanity was all jagged from either repair or damage. I thought it was strange that the kitchen had nice quartz countertops and was in nice condition and then the vanity was kind of ratty. But, like I said, everything worked and it didn't affect my stay. I just think it should have been replaced.

The breakfast was great! Lots to choose from on the breakfast menu. On day 2 they were out of some of the condiments but I under stand things happen. The breakfast staff could smile more and act the part. They were not rude but not morning people I assume.

I would stay again so nothing i did not like.

Reception did not properly complete my checkin when I arrived, which allowed for my room to be checked out to someone else at 2am. So I was awakened an hourly early by a person opening the door to my room. Accidents happen.

It was very clean. My dad was in the hospital beside this hotel. It was not only fast to get to him when we needed to, but the staff was wonderful at making us feel welcome.

Location was a quick and easy access to freeway and other backstreets. The breakfast and stay were excellent. No complaints for anything, including the hospitality of all the employees.

nice location and the room size, beds are perfect for my family

the first room assigned smelled like smoke. the front desk attendant was extremely accommodating and moved us quickly. very nice lady. the room is outdated and needs a remodel.

The location was fabulous. It was central to everything we wanted to do. I will consider it again when in the area. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
