The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well presented.

Cleanliness of the room. * There was a bug in the bathroom * The bath trashcan was dirty and had hair in the bottom of it. *AC was difficult to adjust. *Pillows were flat. *The platform bottom cover had holes and was dirty. *The sheets and linens were fine. Sorry, I forgot to take photos. 🫤

It’s location, Pricing, it’s amenities, the politeness of the staff and their helpfulness to accommodate and attentiveness to customers needs as well as their understanding of hotel policies and customer service and concerns, the kitchen staff was on POINT, the food was DELICIOUS and set up perfectly even for a person like me who is legally blind and recovering from strokes I was easily able to navigate the room the food service area and seating area with no problems and were ready to help if I had any questions or concerns and I really appreciate that, I felt right at home and again the Breakfast food was excellent and I will say I heard a few other people asking for Waffles that were sugar fee or low sugar added and fruit but for me I was satisfied this was our first ever trip to Gulf Shores and my Wife Loretta loved it the hotel and the beach we had a wonderful time staying there We will stay again

It was very clean and good access to the property. I could smell the cleanliness in the room from the hallway before entering. Well done LADIES!!

The dog poop in the flower beds. Guests should be held responsible for the cleaning of their pets.

The staff were very good at their jobs. The food (breakfast) was great! The building clean and stylish.

The fact that the young lady that was checking me in said it was a 25 dollar incidental fee, and the other one said no it's 75 dollars. She did explain that it would be refunded, if the room was left in good condition. I could not see anything in the room that needed a deposit! My complaint is that the incidental fee is too much.

I asked for fresh towels at the front desk and she gave me some raggedy old towels, they were so thin you could almost see through them. I didn’t complain because we were just getting in from my daughters wedding but that was the ONLY thing that I didn’t like.

Room comfortable shower size very accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Really liked the size of the dining area

The staff was exceptional hands down and very helpful the whole stay. Rooms were clean, the breakfast was awesome, and felt like a home away from home.

Hallways were hot.

I was expecting to pay$153.00 and was charged $172.00 when I arrived at the property. I felt both charges were pricey for off season Sunday night in a property overlooking the interstate. I knew it would be clean and comfortable though.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was in a good location. The price was reasonable and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

No complaints in this area.
