The staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was clean and well appointed. Fresh baked cookies greeted us at the front desk which was an unexpected bonus! The free breakfast had a lot to offer and got two thumbs up from my son. (Eggs, sausage, hash brown & fresh made waffle) I just had cereal and coffee…delish! The breakfast attendant was busy keeping the food stocked and cleaning the countertops. The place was spotless! The staff really took pride in their work and it was much appreciated by us. I witnesses superior work ethic and it was very refreshing!

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

The entrance was well lit and well maintained. The desk staff were very nice and helpful. The trolley was convenient for moving our luggage to our room. Parking was convenient. The location was close to the highway, with a number of businesses, stores, and restaurants nearby. It seemed to be a safe area. The room was well appointed and well maintained, and the tv, fridge, and microwave worked well. Everything in the room was clean. Breakfast was above average.

There was a shower chair in the shower that was very loose and if someone had sat on it, they could have fallen. We reported it when we checked out. We will not eat powdered eggs. There was debris on the hall carpet that stayed there (difficult to see).

Staff was pleasant. Attended to my request expeditely. Breakfast was really good. There was meat included in the breakfast. Attendant replenish breakfast items that were running low. Staff assisted when needed. Hotel was near shopping areas and restaurants.

It is an older hotel, however I found it to be peaceful and quiet, very clean, great breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

My only complaints at all were that the original hairdryer in the room was not working, and the supply of conditioner was empty. Both issues were promptly addressed by friendly staff.

Room was cosy and comfortable.

Persons like me would like to breathe in fresh air. Could not open the window. Hashbrowns or baked potatoes were done in the same pan used for sausages. For vegetarians it is difficult to tolerate the smell of sausages in hashbrowns.

Everything was hot and fresh. Coffee was off the chart. Room was comfortable and beds were clean and soft. Bathroom was our only complaint. Water was not power full in the shower no tub and the water pressure were not full a trickle at best and it was like the hot and cold was reversed. way to hot when it should have been cooler.

Everything about the bathroom. Hair dryer area stopped working after first time of using. We reset and everything. Water presser in shower was not powerful. Hot and cold handles seem to be revised. Came out very hot on cold.

Everything. Polite and friendly staff. Did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was great. The lady that cooked the breakfast was fantastic. Everything was very clean. I mean clean. It’s an older property but it Is well maintained. TV in both the sitting area and the bedroom. Love the sports channels they have. Football.

The furniture. The couch and chair was broken down in the seating area. Very uncomfortable to sit on. in the suite I stayed in. However both were clean.

The size of the wheelchair accessible rooms. I could barely fit between the bed and dresser. Also between the beds were small Other construction worker guests were gathered in groups in the parking lot drinking and grilling at night. They were also at the pool at night. It didn’t feel safe for me, my daughter or my sister.

The room was so spacious and clean. And it smelled really good. The bathroom was spotless and the beds was clean. The staff was really nice and sweet. They answered all my questions. And each time I needed something they brought it up quick and with no problem. And the breakfast was great.

Everything was great

This is an older property, but it is very well maintained and well cared-for. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The staff is very nice and works very hard to provide a great experience. This was our 3rd stay here and has become our top choice when visiting family in the area.

It is tucked away behind another property, which made it a little hard to find the first time, but it really was not a big deal.
