Location worked well for us, easy access from Highway. Pet friendly,

Morning desk staff not all that friendly, Breakfast needed more options, maybe eggs and a protein. Pet fees high at 2 x $25 per pet, per night. Pricey for two 7 lb Yorkies

I liked having clean lindens and room cleaned daily. The premises was safe, walking distance to local restaurants and close to shopping areas. I was very satisfied with my stay. I have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years during Mardi Gras. The rates are reasonable compared to other hotels. This year, I missed seeing their beautiful Mardi Gras Tree. See you all next Mardi Gras.

One day, coffee was not hot.

Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast didn't offer much cereal and pastries and waffles.

The location wasn't easy to find. There was a light over the shower that was hanging down, not anchored very well. Elevator would shake when it came to a stop at the 4th floor.

The room was great! We had a padded window seat, comfy bed, couch, ottoman, double desk, eating bar, kitchen sink, microwave, and refrigerator. The room was clean, way above standard. The area was safe... Great stay and will be back!

This place was so clean, and the front agent was exceptional friendly. Our checkout was also great. Love the setup for breakfas. Everything was in order, and the price was great, too. I definitely will recommend this place for future use.

The room was a nice size as well as the bathroom with it. If you have a family that would like two separate rooms, there is an option to book two rooms with a door connecting them (call the hotel for more info). The location was very nice and was close to some places to grab a bite. The best part in my opinion was the staff. They were all very nice, friendly, and great to chat with. It's really true what they say about hospitality.

Even though I liked the location of the place, there were a few times when it was an inconvenience. When I walked to the gas station nearby, I had to cross a busy multi-lane road to get there. Also, they had entrance signs to arrive to the hotel, but no exit sign, which made it slightly confusing.

I have stayed there before when I went to my niece's wedding so I already knew how great their service was. My other family members that went this time also stayed there because of my recommendatiions

Great location, we felt very safe and has so many local stores, fuel and food close by as well as access to the highway!

Our room was 4 doors from the lobby and breakfast. It got really loud about an hour before our alarms were set as we got in late the evening before.

Was much nicer than expected. The room was very clean. Plan to stay there again on my next visit to my hometown.

The waffles at breakfast were the best I've had in a while. But there was no meat or eggs. Coffee cups to small and had no lids. But why complain since the price was great. I guess I will eat at a restaurant next time.

Hotel is close to my daughter and a decent place with good value.

No microwave in room. No eggs, bacon and or sausage for breakfest.
