I’d like to tell About hotel faculty I booked two rooms, I wanted two rooms on the same floor, but I was flatly rejected. When I arrived at one of two rooms, smell of too strong chemical. And I asked to use another room because of the, they gave me permission to use a room on the same floor

The breakfast foods were delicious; good selection; lovely setup. The hotel room was roomy and well appointed. The kitchen was a great addition! And the staff was cordial and made sure we had everything we needed.

Mattress and pillows could have been higher quality.

Great location. Central to everything. Wonderful staff. Room was amazing. Beds comfy.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Was ok but Def not the best I've had at a hotel.

The staff was exceptional. We had one issue, it was handled without hesitation, and very quickly. We were greeted morning, noon, and night. Every request we had was met with a smile. Loved it!

We didn't get the chance to experience kickback evenings. Didn't set it up until the evening we checked out!

Hotel was as expected. Good size bedrooms for family with kids, good location, good cleaning, good price for what it serves specially if you compare with the other options around the area.

There was no more "happy hour" everyday as used to have before Covid started. Now, they only serve some snacks on Wednesdays or Thursday if I am not mistaken.

Breakfast was very good. Misty who was the breakfast hostess, was wonderful. As was all the staff . Everyone was extremely friendly, willing to help, We felt more like we were family rather than a customer.

The hotel lobby is always clean and the staff is amazing!

We stayed last month and we happened to get the same room again yesterday and unfortunately, the mold in the bathroom behind the door was still there.

The location is close to stores, restaurants and shipping centers we are from another state but every time we go that way we stay there it was our forth time staying there and never been disappointed

We loved the breakfast. Only issue was the layout of the breakfast area. With a lot of people it gets crowded and a little chaotic. Rooms were clean, we didn't realize the stove didn't have an oven, but we dealt with it. It was nice that it was like an apartment, and we were comfortable. We appreciate the staff, because they were dealing with people from the hurricane and their normal holiday traffic. Wonderful job!

There was a shortage of towels and with the family of our size, we were having to hang towels up to dry to reuse. All the animals...oh my goodness. We understand that a lot of people were there because of the hurricane, but it was insane. We had a lady with a large dog at the pool, and it barked at us the whole time. Very rude. Dog poop was an issue, and honestly with my allergies, if I had known that there were this many animals allowed I wouldn't' have booked this location.

cleaning was sub-par especially for a Hilton and for a $200+ room a night in Daphne, AL.
