The property was very quiet even though it’s very near to the interstate, and it seemed convenient to everything we wanted to do.

I miss a complimentary breakfast, lol. Also, there was not a microwave in our room, BUT, when I mentioned that to the front desk, they reported that that was an old hangover from Covid and they could have gotten me one if I had asked for one. For future reference.

The property was very convenient to everything. The staff was very helpful. The service was great.

Not so much the property but the Bonvoy Marriot brand was a problem. They would not honor points because I booked thru Booking.com. I will either have to book direct in the future to get my points and quit using booking or quit using properties that are under the Bonvoy Marriot Brand. Not only that I booked another stay and instead of them applying the points they deleted like 13000 points I already had saying they had expired. One would think they would appreciate 3rd party bookings filling up their properties but they discourage it by not allowing rewards points.

The staff was down to earth an friendly....room was clean an comfortable. Even though pool an jacuzzi were down had option of using sister hotels accommodations at no.extra charge morning desk lady has to be the most helpful an friendliest person I've met while staying at a hotel .

Conveniently outside Mobile where we didn’t want to stay. Bistro is a great idea which meant we didn’t have to go out again after a long day’s driving.

Fridge access and couch were nice to have. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are super clean.

Bed was ok, no over head lighting so it was hard to work sometimes.

The hotel was very clean and staff were accommodating.

The pool was closed. And no continental breakfast.

It was a very nice location and the staff was so nice and helpful. We will stay there again when in the area.
