The breakfast was very good. I called ahead and was given incorrect information. I clarified with the person answering the phone that they were located at the hotel and not a call center and yet I was given incorrect information. I questioned what the breakfast consisted of since it was promoted as part of the cost to stay. I was told it was a continental breakfast after I paid for the room in advance and was disappointed with that info but when I got to the hotel, the receptionist said that was incorrect and the breakfast was very good.

Staff, and especially the gal at the front desk all night, was very friendly and helpful. She deserves a raise!

The tight comforter across the lower half of the bed....why? With the air/heat flowing right up over the bed, it was either too hot with it, or too cold with just a sheet. Why not a medium comforter, or a blanket? The pillows always look so fluffy....right up until you lay your head on them, and then they go flat. None of this is the housekeepers fault. I assume they use what they are given to work with. If the pillows and blankets were fixed, the beds were comfy...just saying...

I love this hotel, the beds are wonderful and the staff is very nice and helpful. This is the best hotel in the area in my opinion.

The only thing that I did not like has nothing to do with the hotel per say, but the traffic outside is very loud, I got woke up several times a night by it, next time I’ll have to ask for a room on the other side of the hall.

Breakfast was awesome! My husband is an early riser and the lady that was getting the breakfast meal ready gave him fruit to tide him over until breakfast was ready. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

They were very accommodating and upgraded our room for free. Room was clean and comfy. The free breakfast is great, my husband loved the biscuits and gravy and they had a selection of fruit/bagels/toast as well as greek yogurt which was awesome. It was a great stop on our long drive, thank you for having us!

If I have to complain about something it's that the walls are very thin but its not the hotel staffs fault so it is what it is. You can hear everything (people walking down the hall/talking loudly in their rooms etc) I recommend requesting a room away from the elevator as people can be very loud while waiting for the elevator. Also the egg white omelets were all over cooked as well as the sausage but it really wasn't a big deal and still enjoyed breakfast.

Very comfortable beds! Great free breakfast, our kids loved it! Spacious rooms, great lighting options and tv selection. Clean bathrooms and nice showers!

The pool wasn’t open because 70 degrees was too cold for it.

Loved the location. The decor is beautiful and modern. The staff is super nice. The breakfast staff is outstanding.

The floors should be cleaned. As soon as I walked into the lobby, the floors were so dirty right in front of the front desk. My room was great. But again, the tile floor was dirty and the bathroom had too much mildew. The walls and ceiling need to be bleached. The caulking was black and orange. It was just dirty. Very gross

The breakfast was really good. And the location is great, we always stay at this location.

I didn't like being that close to the side exit door, because I could smell when people went for a smoke.

Everyone was so friendly and it was very well kept. The breakfas5 was good and very convenient. Lots to choose from. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
