I got in at 10 pm. The person at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. (At a lot of hotels the night people are not as knowledgeable or are not very attentive.) Our room had a loud noise and the person at the front gave us two options of rooms of which we could move. She did this in a very pleasant way, not like we were a bother. The rooms were updated and very clean!

The room we move to (128) did not have a mirror over the sink in the bathroom.

It was very convenient, Staff was very nice, the hotel was very quiet and clean. Location was great, for my needs

I was haveing . a Family emergency. Booked wrong dates, because I had just recieved bad news .My situation was changing by the Minute. My first booking, I caught right away, tried to change to the correct dates, and was charged one night stay. Not happy, but I no longer had the option of waiting. But the staff made up for the mix up in booking. After being told I could cancel. Worked out for the best, I no longer needed the third night. Probably will not book with you again. No empathy for my situation

The location was perfect, and breakfast was ok. The rooms were good. The ac was a little loud when it came on, but overall experience was good! You will not be disappointed that you chose to stay at this hotel. Very nice town area.

The parking was ok, even though they were going thru a renovation. It could use more parking spaces for this location

Location was fine. Everything in the hotel was convenient To each other! It’s a quiet location.

I would prefer fruits that can be eaten with the yogurt and some cottage cheese. I tried 2 bananas, one was black all inside and one was partially black, I ate half of it. I prefer sliced fruits ready to eat.

Breakfast was excellent! Location great . Staff very friendly and helpful!

Did not like the upgrade of “fake” wood flooring in room. Very noisy, could hear walking in adjoining rooms and above. Also only one chair on room, with plenty of space for a small sofa.

Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I loved that when you walked in there was a board that told you about the places to visit in the city, I got great ideas from it. My room was clean and comfortable as was the whole property. I enjoyed making pancakes and eating my delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

I can't think of a thing, I was completely satisfied.

Only thing that was an issue but not an issue was the parking. They are renovating so the large containers blocked a lot of parking spaces. But other than that everything was great

housekeeping was brief, tidied up, not sure if they did deep cleaning while we were there. Really no big deal, room was spotless on arrival

This is a Holiday Inn?!? The Fairhope Holiday Inn totally exceeded my expectations: HUGE super clean room, with very comfortable bed and pillows. The generous breakfast bar offers Cinnabons, greek yoghurt, eggs...!...not just dry cereal and plastic spoons! We were very pleasantly suprised. And of course the staff was super friendly, and even let us grab some breakfast even after the breakfast bar had closed.

Longer breakfast bar hours: When on vacation, it would be great to have the option of eating breakfast until 10am. Not all of us are early-risers on vacation. The staff, however, was very accomodating and understanding: A-plus!

The bed. It was way too hard for my wife and I. We returned to the hotel each night a little late and found no parking. The host were helpful by letting us park up front in no parking zone.
