The hot breakfast was solid; I was able to have a good, healthy meal each morning that I enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and orderly. The location was awesome, you're within walking distance of a grocery store, shops, and two blocks from a Walmart, so it was super convenient to pick up essentials and snacks.

The fitness center had multiple pieces of equipment that didn't work right, but the eliptical and weights got me a solid workout. The outside doors (side ones) weren't locked even though there a card reader where it looked like they were supposed to be locked. Overall it felt safe there, but it's nicer to know the building is secure.

Tina at the desk is amazing and I really enjoyed her. She recommended places to eat and play, and printed directions. She is wonderful! The pillows are comfy and the beds are firm. It was clean. The breakfast was not bad. The pool was clean and the room was quiet.

The beds are small, full-size not queen. The pool is quite small. The room we were in was directly over an outside light so it stayed bright.

Staff was super nice especially the night time worker who checked us in. This is my favorite place to stay. I’ve stayed here a few times. My son lives in the area and I typically drive 5 hours to visit him and my granddaughter every couple of months. Just for a night or 2. The location is convenient to them.

Breakfast was all cold food, sausage and eggs were too cold to eat. Tables were not cleaned. The floors in the foyer were being mopped in the morning while people are walking through. In the hallway of our room was a heavy smell of marijuana coming from a room. We almost left just because it was so strong. The place was not overall as clean as it use to be. It’s just starting to show some age and wear. My shower was hard to turn on and squealed the entire shower time. Prices were up a good bit from what I normally pay to stay here. We were told that it was because a sports team was there. That my rates could not be lower than theirs.

Convenient. Bed was comfortable.

Pillows on bed definitely need to be replaced. Sheets were worn. Seems as there was limited number of employees. Normally, there is breakfast room staff who keeps area clean. There was cereal and eggs all over the floor and no one cleaned it up. Tables needed wiping. This things will not prevent us from staying again. We will be back!

Sadly, I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. I did enjoy the location. We were in the middle of everything and not far from the beach at all. The staff was really nice and accommodating. They helped us with everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I do like the fact that a microwave and fridge came in the rooms.

The key card kept going out because it can't be beside a cellphone. That was aggravating. I would recommend updating the restrooms a bit to a more modern shower/tub design. I would also like to see balconies to the rooms added.

The breakfast was good .

The keys didn’t work after the first time we used them the next day the keys didn’t work I went and got the keys changed out and they didn’t work so had to go back again it was just a mess with they keys the next day other than that everything was good .

It was clean, close to shops, nice staff, pool is indoors

I got a handicap room but ordered a regular so my kids of course had water everywhere in the bathroom, the pool area could be kept a bit better, but a group were letting there kids go unsupervised so kinda was not particularly staffs fault, pool was cold starting off and the knob to warm it was broken but it did warm after a while.... and the pool is small

The staff was incredibly nice, especially the manager who helped answer my questions and book me an additional day. It is right next to Tanger outlet Mall, multiple Shopping areas, and plenty of food choices close by. It was right in the middle of everything but still quite and comfortable.

I had no complaints

We had to do a last minute detour and get a hotel. The kids loved the indoor pool.

The only thing that we noticed was that the shower took a very long time to warm up. We stayed in a handicap room and the bathroom floor became extremely slick when it was wet.

I had a wonderful connection instantly with the front desk associates. They were so helpful.

I honestly loved everything. If I had to choose something, it’ll be the pool availability. We only stayed for 1 night & we did the park at OWA during check in so we were out pretty late, my son wanted to swim before we left but the pool didn’t open until 11am (check out time) not a huge deal but hey I would’ve loved for him to get an hour or so of fun time.
