The lobby area was very clean. Front desk clerks were very friendly, professional, and helpful.

The room itself was a bit confusing and felt cluttered. The furniture was overwhelming, and some pieces, like the TV/information stand, showed significant wear with chipped wood and an overall outdated appearance. The chair in the room, while stylish, was visibly dirty and worn. The bed showed signs of wear and tear as well—though the mattress and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Overall, I was disappointed with the condition of the room and don’t feel it was worth the price. Unfortunately, I don’t plan to return during future visits to the area.

There is definitely a problem with the online check-in as that didn’t work in the lady that checked me in was not very friendly about it. That problem needs to be resolved to help your customers out. She was quite sassy saying it would’ve helped if I provided my phone number, but I did fill out the form properly. There’s some error on Marriott between online check-in and what the hotel receives.

The courtyard. The people who work there. Ms. Tara found out it was my birthday and by myself. She brought me a birthday balloon and card. It made my day. What a lovely staff.

I didn’t get a balcony room. I thought that is what I booked. The elevators need to be worked n. You can tell there very old.

The breakfast was excellent.

The room had a slight musty smell. There were also crumbs on the carpet. It had not been vacuumed.

Beautiful hotel with outdoor heated pool

We booked a ground floor room but when we got there they were under construction and they only had 3rd floor rooms. However, the room was next to the elevator and we were satisfied with our stay.

Love the location, lots of places close by to eat and shop. The woman who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly!! The inside was so clean and beautiful.

I didn’t like our view. We got a room with balcony and it was way too small and we could only see the roof of the entrance.

The staff was welcoming accomidating movedvwith easy and were genuinely nice. And did it all with out expecting a tip and some would not even take a tio. I will stay again

Very spacious room. Clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Now that I am home I am missing the pillows in the room. Best pillows ever

Personnel were amazing! Room clean, ample space. Only complaint…kids running up and down hall, screaming, laughing… not hotel problem…parent problem…but very annoying!!!
