The breakfast was good. They tried hard to add a bit of variety in their choices so that it wasn't the same thing every day. The rooms and facilities were kept very clean.

The hotel had a laundry room that was included in our room fee. However, the dryers weren't working. Apparently the ducts needed to be cleaned to get better air flow to the dryers so that they could heat properly. In talking to other guests who had been there for awhile, they said that they mentioned it to the manager, but nothing got done. I hope they attend to this issue, not only to get the dryers working properly, but also to avoid a serious risk of a fire hazard.

The lack of housekeeping. There were displays in the bathroom is saying that if you’re there for more than a week that they have scheduled a time in a day for housekeeping to come in and do a full clean of your room and when I asked the front desk about what day we were scheduled for, looked at me like I was crazy. Housekeeping didn’t come into our room one time while we were there. we did have a lady stop by once and give us some fresh towels and take our trash

The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable with generously sized rooms and a very welcoming dining/lounging social area behind the main lobby. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Pets are welcome and the facilities are kept quite clean and quiet despite the fact that pets are there. The rooms have small kitchens and the hotel is close to grocery stores and restaurants so you can cook or bring take out/delivery in.

I have no suggestions for improvements at all. The hotel is not on the beach, but is a 5-10 minute drive away and is far enough away from the mass of tourists to be peaceful and quiet. There is nothing to criticize here.

The staff was amazing and so kind!!

Our room was at the end of the corridor and so we heard everyone coming in and out. Also the tub in our room had a weird stain in the shower but we would definitely stay again.

My husband and I met our daughter and her 2 adult kids and son in law. We all wanted to stay together not just adjoining rooms, this was a spacious 2 bedroom hotel room with a nice size refrigerator. The couch in the living room folded out into a bed, each room had its own thermostat. We were all comfortable & slept well. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. It was in a great location. We may meet there again and I would recommend this hotel

Breakfast was amazing!! Very fresh and delicious! Room was clean and large enough for two of us--even three if needed. The location was great for what we needed (softball tournament). Staff was very friendly.

My only complaint was that the bed wasn't comfortable for me, but my husband loved it and said that he got great sleep the whole time we were there. I just prefer a little firmer. The pillows were very comfortable, though!

Had a great time at Staybridge over the Memorial Day weekend with family.Our suite was spacious and well equipped, even the dog was happy! Staff was great, Davita made excellent breakfasts for us every day and Charmaine at the front desk was our personal concierge, giving us recommendations on places to go,eat etc. Cleaning crew were really friendly and accommodated our many towel requests. The location was perfect for us, midway between the beaches and Foley, giving us short travel times anywhere we went.The doggy appreciated the dedicated play area for him to have fun and take care of his business, the kids appreciated the pool and basketball court.

Nothing at all

The room was bigger than I expected. It had plenty of space and loved the kitchen. We didn’t have to spend money on take out because we cooked for ourselves. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend

There should have been at least 2 elevators. Had to wait for an empty elevator quite a few times. There were either guests with dogs or guests with multiple carts on elevator and we had to wait because our mother is in a wheelchair and we couldn’t fit.

Very good location. It was a really nice hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and the basketball court. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The only problem was that my sons and their wives had a second room, and their was an issue with cleanliness. A very dark stain on the wall going I to the bathroom. When I told the front desk, she informed me that there was no other room to move to since they were booked up. She also said she would send housekeeping to clean first thing in the AM. That never happened, and they dealt with it the entire weekend.
