Wonderful place!! Clean! Smells great! Great staff!! The bed was so soft and comfortable. The sheets were like silk.

Having to leave!! This stay was the best!

The staff that check me in, they were very nice all the staff that worked there was very nice and friendly. The people that you met there they was checking in they was friendly and nice. the breakfast was beautiful good so everything was very nice and blessed. I enjoyed myself and family that was with me. Thank God for people like you all still exist. I forgot to mention that when I left there and made it home safely, I realize that I had left some items in the room and I called them and they kept them for me and I went back down there and got them that was a blessing and I thank God for that.

It was very clean, unique and peaceful

I loved everything about this property. Upon entry the lobby was decorated with a Christmas Tree with present underneath. If weren’t in the Christmas spirit before arriving, you definitely would have been before leaving. The front desk staff helped me with my daughter elf on the shelf. When I went to check in I asked the staff member to help me store my daughter’s elf so that she could see her when we she entered. The staff was all in and they helped me complete the mission. The excitement on my daughter’s face was priceless she said, mama my elf came I asked her to come and she came to our hotel. Thank you to the staff and your lovely hotel for keeping the Christmas spirit alive for all.

Location was close to Tanger outlets, penty of places to eat nearby. Downtown Foley and Walmart were also close by. Gulf Shores & beaches are a 30minute drive away. The beds were clean & comfortable with a good amount of blankets, room was clean and spacious. Hallways, stairwells, and common areas were clean and we felt safe staying there. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The breakfast was good, lots of options for most, (sausage, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, toast, coffee, tea, etc) and the attendants were very helpful. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. They also had the option for keydrop checkout which was nice for us since we needed to leave early in the morning.

Parking layout was poor, vehicle entrance/exit areas were tight. Outdoor Pool was clean but much smaller than expected.

I was greeted upon arrival by the most friendliness and helpful front desk staff. The hotel was in a great location near surrounding shopping, restaurants, and attractions. And it was also a straight shoot to the beach.

No complaints.

It was close to our friends that we were visiting. Close to dining out.

Felt the room could of been cleaner.They need to (detail) clean the room. Ottoman should of been cleaned.Coffee spill under desk should of been taken care of. Breakfast wasn't that great.Was happy to go to the Cracker Barral twice out of the 7 day stay.

Only had one night stay, but Holiday Inn express met my family needs all the amenities just right for us. Continental breakfast was great!

Small things. Our tub in the room was dirty, and water drained slow while in use of the shower. Good thing my family travels with our own cleaning supplies. The pool and hot tub could use some mantainence, all the hot tub jets were not working.

I appreciate that the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! I was not expecting our room to be cleaned since we stayed multiple nights, but they came in, made the beds, and gave us clean towels.

I didn't like how small the pool was. For the cost of the hotel, I think the pool should have been a bigger investment. Considering it's summer, there were a lot of kids in the pool, and they didn't have much room to swim or play. Some of the guests decided not to swim once they saw how crowded the pool was. I also was a tab bit upset when we got back to our room, and the key was not working, although we paid for 2 nights. However, the young man at the first desk fixed that with no problem!

The staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. The lobby, breakfast, and pool area were clean and well kept. The pool area was very well maintained as well as the grounds. The breakfast had a good variety of food, eggs, biscuits were hot as well as the sausage, and gravy.

I wish the pool was a little bit bigger in size, and depth.

Facility was clean and staff very friendly.

I went down one day at 9:30 and it was already closed up and there was no coffee. Could stay open to 10 and have coffee all day. I stayed at other hotels and they did that. The bed was very high and had to move the foot stool over so my wife could get in the bed. We had a mobility accessible room so I think the bed would be lower to the floor.
