Beds were comfortable. I love having inside entrance since this was a girls trip. The daytime front desk worker was amazing!

Not enough counter/storage spaces in the bathroom. The staff was great except one person on the night shift. We couldn’t get our hot water to work so we called the front desk. She told us that maintenance had left for the day & there was no after hours contact, the hotel was booked so she couldn’t change rooms. She then said, I just work here & I really don’t know what to tell you. Luckily we put our skills to work and fixed the problem so we were able to have hot water for our showers.

the breakfast was WONDERFUL!!!! they had so many options to choose from i was actually blown away at the options. the staff was very respectful and helpful with any needs we had. they were even willing to move our room because we thought the fridge didn’t work, but it was actually just our fault and we didn’t cut the inside temp on but that was a plus that they were willing to move our room immediately for us! the breakfast lady who serves the breakfast area needs a raise. she is wonderful at her job! will stay here again for sure! also there is tons of stuff to do near and around the hotel location that was a HUGE HUGE plus for us!

pool was a little on the smaller side, and also the pool didn’t have any shade areas or umbrellas so the sun beat down pretty hard out there but other than that we loved everything about our stay!

It was the easiest to afford of many options. The only thing it lacked was a close distance to the beach. I knew that going it. I specifically chose to be out of that traffic—both automotive and human.

A minor thing was in the stairwell, which we used exclusively to go up and down from the third floor. The steel hand rail had a broken weld and was loose somewhere along the three floors. If you pulled/pushed it as you moved upstairs or downstairs, the railing would make a rattle. The railing was solid. There was no way it was so damaged that someone would get hurt because the railing wasn’t doing its job. However, the noise was loud and annoying. With the echo of the stairwell, it made enough noise that guests close to the stairwell could hear it.

Breakfast was ok. I loved the fresh fruit. My children loved their pancake machine. It was located very close to all our activities planned. Rollaway beds were free to get. AC was blowing snowballs. My room was ready way before check-in time.

The Staff watching you like a hawk especially the old Jamaican man in the second building. He stood by the food all in the way. Made you feel uncomfortable. The owner pops up out of nowhere. Besides that, everything went well.

Every staff member I spoke with was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful with information about the local attractions. I needed a handicapped seat for the shower and it was delivered to my room within 20 minutes of our arrival. I asked someone in the hallway for extra towels and they got to my room within 5 minutes. At about 1am I called the desk to ask about receiving a Do Not Disturb sign and they told me I could run to the front desk to grab one the next morning. I didn't have to. When I left my room the next morning the sign was already on the door. Incredibly attentive staff. We had a great visit.

If I had one complaint at all... We wouldn't have been mad if the size of the pool was larger.

I loved the facility everyone was very nice the food was great it was clean check in was fast and check out was just as fast the laundary room was great u got your money worth as far as the time on each washer and dryer u didn't have to money in multiple times to dry that was awesome i loved this facility i will be back for sure.

there was nothing i did not like

Breakfast was good. My son was excited to see pancake maker he enjoyed them. I was slightly disappoint of room it was smaller than I expected but it was fine for just us two.

Room size , staff not too friendly when I was ready to check out , young woman was n back area and I had to ask for my receipt . No how was your stay or no smile jus have a good day walked off before i left the counter .

I was worried about all the mixed reviews, but staff was friendly, breakfast was decent, and there were no bugs! Short drive to the beach! Overall a good Microtel for the price.

Room did smell when a/c unit was off, but it was bearable once a/c unit was on. The hotel could really use a deep clean but was very manageable and wasn’t disgusting. The pool was gross, that was the only downside, there was empty beer cans and food wrappers all around it.
