It was very close to everything!

Our tv never worked a staff member checked on it that night couldn’t get it fixed! The next morning at check out we asked if something could’ve been compensated I was told she would relay the information to a manager but no one never reached out to me! This was actually my second time that at this property within 60 days! The first time was June 20-22 with my family under a family members name . I enjoyed it so much I booked it for a girl getaway overall it’s a very nice property but we were all disappointed that our tv never worked!

Location was great. Lots of room and comfy seating in lobby so if you need a place to work or don’t want to just stay in room you can chill there. Pool area nice and clean. Always fresh coffee. Breakfast was a hit. Our room was very nice. King bed is the room I got. Had a hideabed couch. Large Tv Full kitchen. Perfect for families and extended stays. Staff was great. Pet friendly. Treats by front door.

The only complaint I have was the water temp. I’m so used to a very hot shower. The water was barely warm.

Great location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. In room amenities were perfect other than the small coffee pot but we knew about it ahead of time and just brought our own.

Had one bath towel with yellow stain. The front desk attendants were all super helpful except the night shift. We had went down to ask for another towel and he was sitting at front desk eating a bag of chips. We greeted him and asked for the towel, he goes to get the towel, comes back and we thanked him. The guy never said a word through the whole interaction with us.

The hotel overall was great but the staff was so unhelpful. We had to cancel one of our two night stays, and they gave us a run around for 2 weeks before my check-in date. They said once I got there, they would cancel my second night, which they didn't. I have spoken to 4 different staff members, and a supervisor, and no one can help. Very upsetting.

I was awakened by inconsiderate guess who were loud in the hallway by our room. We could hear them again around 3:30 am through the wall. My husband killed 2 bugs in our room. They were small ones. The waffle maker would not cook the waffles through at breakfast.

The location was perfect for our stop as we were passing through. Very clean and well laid out. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable.

Breakfast was just okay.

Wasn’t anything to much . We ran into a little issue due to the fact I didn’t have the card that I used during booking and it wasn’t mentioned during booking that you need the same card in order to get the room

Exceptionally clean. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Not too big and not too small. Great location. The size of the room was awesome. The bed and pillows were soooooooooooo comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the room and even extra sheets in the drawer.
