Great location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. In room amenities were perfect other than the small coffee pot but we knew about it ahead of time and just brought our own.

Had one bath towel with yellow stain. The front desk attendants were all super helpful except the night shift. We had went down to ask for another towel and he was sitting at front desk eating a bag of chips. We greeted him and asked for the towel, he goes to get the towel, comes back and we thanked him. The guy never said a word through the whole interaction with us.

The hotel overall was great but the staff was so unhelpful. We had to cancel one of our two night stays, and they gave us a run around for 2 weeks before my check-in date. They said once I got there, they would cancel my second night, which they didn't. I have spoken to 4 different staff members, and a supervisor, and no one can help. Very upsetting.

I was awakened by inconsiderate guess who were loud in the hallway by our room. We could hear them again around 3:30 am through the wall. My husband killed 2 bugs in our room. They were small ones. The waffle maker would not cook the waffles through at breakfast.

Wasn’t anything to much . We ran into a little issue due to the fact I didn’t have the card that I used during booking and it wasn’t mentioned during booking that you need the same card in order to get the room

Not too big and not too small. Great location. The size of the room was awesome. The bed and pillows were soooooooooooo comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the room and even extra sheets in the drawer.

Location great, but breakfast cooked and packaged items instead of plated eggs and bacon. Just good for snacking.

Only having a shower option, and the shower water pressure was way too low, I could barely get the shampoo out of my hair.

I don't usually leave reviews, but when we checked in, the staff at the front desk was incredibly rude. Where is the hospitality? Not only was he rude but was also on a personal phone call.

It was conveniently located close to everything.

There were no cameras facing the parking lot and someone hit my rental.
