Breakfast was bare minimum. No fresh coffee was made when I showed up at 6:00. No snack machines available on property and no access to ice machines although they had ice buckets in the room. They also came around and sprayed for bugs shortly after check in. The room was missing the microwave and they did bring one within an hour after calling the front desk. The pool was close to our room and it still was open at 1:30 am. I had to go out and ask that they tone it down because they were drinking and smoking and being very loud during sleeping hours. They left the pool shortly after and retired to their room.

We ran the net in the pool to skim off bugs and debris and picked up the cigarette butts and other debris that was left around the pool.

The bathroom wasn't clean to my liking.The back of the door and walls desperately needed to be washed down and the floor was dirty.The mirror above the sink was dirty and one of the handles was missing but I was still able to turn the hot water on.The sink was also clogged so it took a few minutes for the water to drain.Some hooks on the window curtain were either missing or damaged but I could still close it for complete privacy.

The shower was great. There was instant hot water as soon as you turned it on. Bed was super comfortable. A/C worked great! Best night of sleep after a long, hot day of golf.

When I booked the room, I specifically asked for non-smoking; when I arrived, I received a smoking room. Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The staff was incredible from the moment we checked in to even after we checked out. Truly went above and beyond - so helpful, patient, and friendly. Awesome location to food, shopping, ball fields, and tourist stuff. As far as the room - you get what you pay for. We went the cheapest route possible and were going to deal with whatever we got. But we were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and it was easy getting all the extras we requested.

Pool was nice and clean. Rooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. All areas (lobby, room, parking lot) were clean and staff were helpful.

Breakfast could be a little more variety and choices.

The hotel was very clean, staff a super friendly, the staff is super helpful if we needed to know or something was, it was not that far from the public beach, and close to everything shopping , eating ect. We will definitely book here again

Nothing we loved it

The staff was very nice and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The bed was clean and comfy. And the location is great for getting to most locations in Foley.

There were a few rude guests during our stay. One night we had a neighbor that was noisy. A couple of guests got loud with the staff, because they were "entitled". People need to learn how to act adult to get what they want.

It was in a great location close to many eateries and not far from waterpark or outlet mall. Beds where very comfortable the atmosphere was nice and quiet.

They didn't have any clean towels I had to go to the front desk that morning to get towels for the room. Also didn't know about the $100 deposit until I checked in.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was very close to food options.

The bathroom was kind of small but it was clean.

It was close by the restaurants we chose to eat at by tropical falls it was the best location. Near everything shopping stores and Walmart !

The room wasn’t really cleaned it had a dirty mop smell and the bathroom wasn’t wiped down properly!
