The location was very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The indoor pool was nice for our 2 year old when it was not too crowded. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I had trouble learning the routine for the breakfast. Some mornings the hostess wanted to make things fresh and other times it was more of a get it yourself process. It was convenient to have a meal at the hotel.

The rooms were nice and clean. Super nice breakfast with a large selection, including sliced fruit. (must remember to order in advance, as it is not included in the price.)

The receptionist caused so many problems with my credit cards that the bank blocked my Visa card. I had not had problems with my credit cards before when we used the PIN code.

daphne is a great spot and centrally located to everything in the area. we felt safe at the hotel and location. everything you need is within walking distance or a short drive. super clean and the updates to the hotel are remarkable. accessible on premise alcohol, food and snacks in the lobby. has bar and restaurant.

It was obvious it was an older hotel but the inside far outshines the outside. exterior could use some love but that has nothing to do with what is great about the interior.

Close to the event I was attending. Close to restaurants and shopping. Secure and safe.

Animal accident on a floor next to the elevator. If catering to animals, It would benefit owners to be on the bottom floor.

No continental breakfast which was almost a deal-breaker. We opted for indoor pool over breakfast. If it had been summer time, we would have chosen a hotel with continental breakfast with an outdoor pool. Waiting to order breakfast in their cafe was not something you want to do with toddlers.

No continental breakfast. This is a must- have when traveling with young children.

Breakfast was good. Room was great until the fire alarm went off as I was getting out of the shower. I suspect children.

Chicken for the salad was salty and tough.

They came in and changed our bedding every other night, besides on Saturday. We was out of towels and couldn't find a staff member that night.

The staff were really nice! The hotel was conveniently located and clean.

The prices were higher due to Mardi Gras which impacted my family in a negative way as we were in town for a funeral. A funeral rate with proof of a funeral would be awesome for customers. Also no included breakfast was a bummer.

Ivy (at the front desk Tuesday) was great and help me get room because the room I booked with Booking.com was messed up.

Booking.com did not have my room confirmed and I will check my credit card to make sure I was not billed twice, I paid at hotel when I left.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel. It was nicely updated. Also loved there was a Peloton in the fitness center!!! Coffee was good, too!

The only thing I would suggest would be to have a grab and go breakfast option for people that need to rush out to events early.
