Solid 3-star in a great location, right in the middle of delightful Fairhope. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the staff were friendly; we didn't have the breakfast but that area looked well presented and the coffee was good. The hotel was well-priced, so great value. All in all a very good choice for us. We can recommend this hotel and would stay here again ourselves.

Some of the furniture (bedside tables specifically) had not been cleaned well and the edges were sticky.

Nice selection of good tasting food and day-to-day variety. Overall cleanliness of hotel was good. Location in the historic center of town was great. Parking facilities were free and very convenient.

Room service lacked a bit. Every other day service is perfectly fine, but all things on the to-do list didn’t get done. For the room prices charged, nothing should have been overlooked on the routine list of room service items.

The signage from the parking lot to where to enter to check in to the Hampton was confusing. The elevator stair option did not identify the main floor of "business office" so we went back outside and walked up to a side door we could open.

Everyone we spoke with were very pleasant and seemed happy with their jobs there. The breakfast was varied and food good.

Very little room to park when you come for registration. The construction next to the south side where you have to enter was unpleasant to navigate. The city parking lot used by the hotel is quite a hike from where we had to park. A golf cart or similar vehicle could be used to get the customers luggage back to the hotel and up to the room. This is the main problem with the facility as I see it.

The location is the best! Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants! The staff was super accommodating in every way! I never felt that my questions or requests were a burden. Extra towels? Yes! The breakfast buffet was so good! Variety for all taste buds (I'm a picky eater)!!!! Menu changed daily so that was really great! I will stay there again next I visit Fairhope.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown. The breakfast was acceptable. The staff members were very friendly.

The rooms could use better lighting. Construction was ongoing, so the hotel didn't feel very secure. There were plastic sheets hanging over certain areas.

The room was moist unless the ac was going. Really annoying when you go to sit down to put shoes on and the chair is damp. Might have to do with how the room was laid out and the mini spit direction.

The rooms were comfortable. The pool was open 10 hours a day. Small pool but comfortable. The hotel was right in the center of town and was close to shops and restaurants. Easy to walk around town.

We have stayed at this Hampton in downtown Fairhope 5-6 times since our son and his family moved there. It's always been clean and comfortable and value-priced. We'll stay there again.

There was no cell phone service inside the building.. I had to go outside to make calls, read messages. It was very windy and that may have been a contributing factor.
