Breakfast was great with hot and cold selections. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Water in shower was barely warm. Soap up and quick rinse was all we could do. Complained to front desk and morning lady argued it was not possible because it was a new unit. I had just heard at least 4 other guests had same problem. We were on 2nd floor. Told clerk to please check it out and also asked for fresh towels and dirty ones removed. She said she would have it done but upon returning that evening we were almost out of Toilet paper and no towels were brought up. Had to go to front desk. At price charged for our stay we should expect clean towels, toilet paper and tissue to be stocked and not have to go to front desk to get them for ourselves. Miss the hospitality days when you came to your room and things were fresh and tidied up.

Loved where our room was located. Our room was so close to both the parking and food lounge. And even the pool if we wanted to go swimming, which we didn't, but I'm just saying if we did! Loved the king bed and the sofa sleeper! Bed was so comfortable and room very nicely decorated! The only thing that would have been nicer is if the water dispenser in the food lounge was left turned on after breakfast hours. The hot breakfast was a wonderful addition. it would have been beyond exceptional if they offered a plant based meat alternative in the breakfast for all the vegetarians, vegans, and folks who are staying away from pork.😊

From the beginning, Zaida was an amazing welcoming presence. She is the kindest front desk person EVER! Day (I think that was his nickname) was also really sweet and went above and beyond first day. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast very good. Every staff member was kind and friendly. I recommended this place to many others while there. I was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and the rooms were very quiet and very dark. I liked everything about this place except...My only complaint is more constructive for the owner/mgr...please buy plastic cutlery that does not bend when even eating eggs! :-)

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.. the breakfast was healthy with plenty of choices. The window view was beautiful and relaxing. The desk was helpful for writing and artwork. The bed and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool was great for taking a healthy polar plunge. Thank you for a great 5 day stay.

The staff was wonderful. Hotel was booked and my car wasn't fixed yet so needed another night. They worked very hard to help us find another room for the night. They had a cancelation so found us and let us know they now had a room.

Always stay here, 'cause the services and facilities' agents are very helpful and accommodating! The location is also great, and the distance from my daughter's home is only 10 minutes away!

No fault of the agents working at the hotel; when I made the reservation, I requested an accessible room, and the request wasn't conveyed to hotel management agents!

I had a great experience. Only thing is our rooms were not cleaned as asked one day, but it was resolved quickly. We had two rooms. The other room remained uncleaned. It it could have been miscommunication. I had an extra charge but it was a new person, it was resolved quickly. I give 4/5 stars.

Safe. Convenient location. Nestled by trees and other hotels. Parking was very ciThe room was beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable. Air conditioner was nice and cool, super quiet. The window shades pulled down complete dark at night. It was delightful for a holiday weekend. I Got a great deal through Booking.com. Parking as convenient. Checking in and out was quick. They had one breakfast, including eggs, and sausage and biscuits and gravy.  There was a Starbucks across the street from the hotel, as well as a McDonalds. The drive to the beaches was about an hour but the scenery was pretty. Definitely coming back.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. We have stayed here several times in the past 4 years and will continue to stay here a couple times a year. The staff is friendly and helpful, always. It is always clean and that means a lot!!! When making the reservation I made a request and they have always tried to fulfill that request for me.

I wish they offered a bigger variety of cold cereal, such as raisin bran or frosted shredded wheat.

We have stayed at this location a few times before. The area is close to the highway and pretty quiet. Beds are comfy and breakfast is a plus

Some areas need a little attention. The elevator jumped a little when stopping. The door was opened when we walked up to it. Drawers were also opened.The curtain had a big tear. The bathtub was backed up. Did bring to the front desk clerks attention.The air wasn't getting that cold.
