The hotel was clean, everywhere, not just our room.

Chris and Luis and Rhianna and the district manager have all gone above and beyond to make my 5 day stay pleasant. All of them are very friendly. Luis even moved my car for me to a handicapped spot because there was none available when I got here. (Had leg surgery recently).The general manager said that would fine. I would definitely stay here again. Didn't make it down to thier breakfast because when I get up it takes about an hour to get my leg out of pain but I hear it awesome. Will try to make it down in the morning to check it out. Definity recommend.

The overprice they charge for thier sundries like deorant and tums and Tylenol in thier small sundries shop by the front desk.

The breakfast was excellent because of the many options. Hot and cold options and more than most hotels I've visited. It was fresh. But the thing that impressed me most and will bring me back next time was the friendliness of the staff. From the manager, Vitaliy (sp?), to Reanna at the front desk, to the kind breakfast ladies, it made me feel like family was visiting. When I commented on this to the manager, he said we really do feel like family and the staff has been there through COVID. That's impressive so keep up the great work!

Location was good for what we needed a hotel for. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, including housekeeping employees. The common area in the lobby was comfortable enough for our family to sit and visit and the coffee was always available. The room was comfortable however there was only one chair in a room for four adults. So we asked for another chair to be brought up and they did so right away.

Breakfast was just OK. Although it fills the void, powdered eggs and meatless sausage are not that great. Hard boiled eggs were apparently the first to go because the fridge was always out of them when we came down for breakfast. But there was always yogurt, pancakes you can make and a variety of breads.

The breakfast was pretty good, the cinnamon rolls were delicious. Staff was very friendly. Great location for us only less then a mile to shopping and restaurants.

Wish had more housekeeping that spoke English. At breakfast might want to offer a kid friendly cereal like fruit loops or Cheerios.

We booked this hotel room last minute because we had been driving all day and we needed to get some rest. It was slightly out of the way, but it turned out to be so worth it! I booked my husband and I a room with a king bed because it was our anniversary and we wanted to be able to sleep in bed with the option of having our space or cuddling. My husband has a cpap machine he sleeps with due to sleep apnea. Anyhow, when we arrived I went inside to check us in and there were about 10 men sitting around talking, I didn’t think anything of it at the time. So, Carlos at the front desk checked me in and I couldn’t have been happier with the customer service that he provided us! Even though we had just booked the room, he saw how tired I was and upgraded us free of charge. He said, “I upgraded your room, so you guys can get some sleep.” Apparently, those men in the lobby were the fathers of a bunch of youth baseball teams and if I thought their dads were loud, I surely wouldn’t be able to sleep once the boys woke up. On top of that on the very same floor, there were a bunch of Air Force guys that would be getting up in just a few short hours to get ready to leave, and I guess they weren’t quite either. So, he put us on a different floor and even made sure it was down a ways from the elevator! I was so impressed and grateful! At the time it’s nearly 1am and check out was 11am. I wasn’t sure if he would be able to do it or not, considering everything he’d already done for us, but I knew I was going to struggle to get up that early and getting everything repacked and both of us get showers. So I asked him if we could by chance get a late check out? I was either expecting him to say no, or say the latest I can do is noon (this is the latest I’ve ever heard of for late check out. I would have been thrilled to get the noon, but he said he could do 1pm at the latest. I was so happy with the fact that he was so empathetic and understanding.

The only issue we had with this whole experience was that we had put some ice cream in the freezer part of the mini fridge and it wasn’t cold enough, so the ice cream was all melted.

We took advantage of the included breakfast each morning..it was a great start to our day..many choices, very clean and always hot coffee!..the blonde woman stocking the area deserves recognition!

Wouldn't have minded some snacks left out for an afternoon pick me up..had to request housekeeping and fresh towels--we were not aware of the every few days policy.

The man at the desk was very nice. He got us checked in quickly and was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The outlet was missing between the beds, and the panel on the wall under the nightstand was just leaning there with an extension cord sticking out to plug your charger in. That didn't seem safe or professional. The pictures made it look nice than it was.

We'll stay here again. The location was perfect for our needs. The staff friendly and accommodating. Always appreciate the complimentary breakfast!

The design of the room was unusual... walking into the room I was immediately met by the bathroom sink! Weird design to have a third of the bathroom in the entry of the room!

This location is so convenient. Its by so many restaurants. Close to areas I need to visit while in Arizona. The cost was more than expected. I guess spring training was about to start or something. I've been to this location several times. Clean and comfortable!

The cost as a repeat customer should be offered. Maybe free resort fees. Maybe point out the fact that each day was a different charge.
