We stayed two nights, on our first night we experienced issues with our air conditioner. The unit was set too warm and we could not adjust the temperature nor would the unit remain on. Additionally, when it turned off there was a continuous beeping sound that we would last for 5 or so minutes, needless to say it made for a warm long night. We sought assistance from housecleaning in the morning who called upon maintenance to address the issue. Within minutes Juan arrived and he assessed the situation and said he would need a little more time to research and resolve. We headed out and upon our return later that afternoon we arrived back to a cool room and a wonderful note from Juan. It read...... We got you a brand new unit, don't worry just relax as we set the temperature for you at 67. Enjoy and apologize for any inconvenience. Juan. Now that is service! We never saw Juan again to thank him in person but let the front desk now that we appreciate him. This world needs more Juans!!!!

My daughter and I loved the pool and that they had the outdoor fire pit and swings surrounding it. The breakfast was very well put together and thought out! I appreciate the many options. Dark and light roast coffee, variety of sweeteners, regular and sf syrups. We were pleasantly surprised! Also, our concierge made a good recommendation for a local restaurant for dinner.

The beds were more firm than I like. I'm used to having a more plush mattress when we travel and stay in hotels.

The night manager was very off putting. She texted to welcome us and ask if we needed anything which was incredibly convenient and considerate. However, when I messaged to ask for two extra pillows, she said she would have them waiting at the desk but when I went down to get them, it took her 10 minutes to go off somewhere to locate them. At check out, I attempted to return the room keys and she seemed bothered by that. She seemed very condescending.

The staff were very friendly upon check-in, breakfast, and check-out. Complimentary bottle water was nice after a long trip. Beds were comfy and air/heat worked well. Bathroom was very nice and updated.

Getting to the hotel was a little difficult because you could see it from the interstate, but had to get off and follow the service roads around. It was close to fast food restaurants and Walmart.

It was a nice room, and I loved the shower. I liked having a mini fridge and microwave. The free breakfast was great! There was a nice selection of food and the scrambled eggs were pretty tasty. There's a wonderful Japanese restaurant in walking distance (across the parking lot). That's where we ate dinner.

The mattress was very soft. I'm used to a more firm mattress, but this was a really soft mattress.. softer than other hotels I've stayed at. The pillows were also extremely soft. This is perfect for anyone who likes really soft mattresses and pillows though. The bed was very squeaky. This may be TMI, but the toilet is oddly high. I'm 5'2" and I couldn't touch the floor, lol. That was weird.

Great location. Very clean. Conveniently located right off the freeway and near gas stations and restaurants. The breakfast was hot and had lots of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

I was happy with everything at this hotel. I even have another trip to the area and will stay here again.

Your facility was excellent. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. They breakfast was so good and one of the best we have every had in hotels.The room was very clean. The outside sitting area was so nice.

The only thing that was a little disturbing was there was a bullet hole in our widow. We let the staff know and they said they were so sorry. They wanted to change our room but we said it was OK we just wanted them to know it was there

Friendly staff, safe property, well maintained, clean. Was traveling cross country with my car full of my belongings and didn't feel uncomfortable parking my car at the hotel. The staff was great and attentive.

Minor incidence occurred the morning of checkout where two employees were loudly discussing and complaining about a coworker behind their back. Unprofessional but no impact on the overall view of my stay.

Breakfast was great - tasted fresh, and plenty of options available. Our room was perfectly clean, the bathroom was well stocked and the facilities around the building were nice too. No extra charge for parking, and the person at the front desk helped us out with some suggestions for places to eat in town.

Free Breakfast. No noise from neighbors. Restaurant near. Walking track and pool in same area. Microwave. Large Suite. Friendly staff. 10 mins or more towards things to do and see downtown. Easy and quick checkin and out

Understanding the air unit and maintaining a cold temperature. We had some issues with it some nights. Also There was a truck that took up 6 parking spots so we had to park near the restaurant and worried about being towed... larger lot would be nice.
