An amazing reception from the concierge, the porter, the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the shower facilities were great. We got extra soft pillows, hot water to the room, and a change of towels whenever we needed. We originally had booked 5 nights at the Royalton, and another 5 nights elsewhere, but we were do happy we stayed at the Royalton for all 10 nights. The general manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for more. I almost forgot, breakfast which was included was just lovely, with a few dishes changing every morning, and the staff were super courteous. Another thing I almost forgot about, the food. The in house room service good was next level, and we tried a variety of the Chinese dishes, which I can honestly say I've never had better. If you like soup, I recommend the hot and sour, as you will not regret it. My only regret is not having enough time to meet the chef before we left, and to say a thank you to all the amazing staff, top to bottom.

The shower, did take a few minutes to warm up, but after that I'd was perfect.

Breakfast great - both traditional Pakistani and Western dishes available. Only instant coffee- if you’re a coffee drinker. But Pakistani milk tea excellent to compensate. Prices of other items for lunch and dinner very affordable- different Pak, Chinese, American dishes served. On the debit side, many times of the day hot water not available for shower.

Manager rizwan صاحب is a superb guy even a whole team is so caring and even like other hotels they don't aak again n again for money and all that stuff. Food was awesome. I used to stay many times in that hotel always feel like home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!"

hotel staff were excellent , the hotel is located in nice part of rawalpindi, near the metro and a nice park opposite.The room service was excellent at a reasonable price.Hotel staff and security were always ready to help with anything i needed.I would gladly stay at this hotel again thankyou Nicky day

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is opposite a pleasant park and only two minutes walk from the Metro station. Plenty of local dining options nearby and interesting streets to explore. The cooked Pakistani breakfast was excellent every morning, and no matter what time I got back in the evening I could always get a very tasty dinner made to order. Very pleased with this choice and the value for money received.

Only issue is that my shower was a bit temperamental

Ikhlaaq sahab is very kind herted person. All over staff is very cooperative. I am very happy now and satisfied with my stay at Royalton hotel rawalpindi.
