An amazing reception from the concierge, the porter, the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the shower facilities were great. We got extra soft pillows, hot water to the room, and a change of towels whenever we needed. We originally had booked 5 nights at the Royalton, and another 5 nights elsewhere, but we were do happy we stayed at the Royalton for all 10 nights. The general manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for more. I almost forgot, breakfast which was included was just lovely, with a few dishes changing every morning, and the staff were super courteous. Another thing I almost forgot about, the food. The in house room service good was next level, and we tried a variety of the Chinese dishes, which I can honestly say I've never had better. If you like soup, I recommend the hot and sour, as you will not regret it. My only regret is not having enough time to meet the chef before we left, and to say a thank you to all the amazing staff, top to bottom.

The shower, did take a few minutes to warm up, but after that I'd was perfect.

hotel staff were excellent , the hotel is located in nice part of rawalpindi, near the metro and a nice park opposite.The room service was excellent at a reasonable price.Hotel staff and security were always ready to help with anything i needed.I would gladly stay at this hotel again thankyou Nicky day

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is opposite a pleasant park and only two minutes walk from the Metro station. Plenty of local dining options nearby and interesting streets to explore. The cooked Pakistani breakfast was excellent every morning, and no matter what time I got back in the evening I could always get a very tasty dinner made to order. Very pleased with this choice and the value for money received.

Only issue is that my shower was a bit temperamental

Ikhlaaq sahab is very kind herted person. All over staff is very cooperative. I am very happy now and satisfied with my stay at Royalton hotel rawalpindi.

Excellent breakfasts, plenty of choice for the palate or ask if not seen. Superb staff, very comfortable and accomodating.

We had a lovely spacious room in a very gracious old hotel right close to the old city. I loved the way the sash on the bed was presented. Two big comfortable chairs & a small table beside a big window with glorious curtains (for anyone who loves textiles!) so we could observe the goings on in the street below at our leisure. We were lucky enough to view a wedding event the first night there. The staff were warm & helpful, there was a nice breakfast. All services worked well - wifi, air-conditioning etc.

We appreciated the room upgrade but the king bed had passed its use by date & wasn't the most comfortable.

Excellent stay at the Royalton. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and evening meals were fine. There were a number of us staying for the test match and we couldn't fault the service and facilities. Hotel was well placed for the Metro, opposite the park and a short walk to the Bazaar. Room was larger than I expected and bathroom too.

I must admit that I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the rating of 6.9! Nevertheless, I gave it a go and was not disappointed at all. Warm greetings from all staff and managers. shout out to the GM who always ensure that the guests are looked after. This is after all a 4 star hotel and the size of the room is really good . all equipment works fine and most importantly, its very clean. As a foreign tourist, I welcome the BBC Channel on TV. The rooms are brightly lit unlike some hotels that has very few lightings. Sent my clothings for laundry service and it was returned very fast. Its the little touch that I like .

the wifi could be stronger but this is no fault of the hotel but its the country wide.
