Quiet, and the people friendly. The place was very clean.

I phoned ahead and asked about the swimming pool-I asked if it was open and usable-covid changed a lot. I called ahead and asked if it was open. I was assured that yes, you can swim in it. When we got to the hotel a day later, the POOL WAS CLOSED. The staff member LIED TO ME. The pool is closed for renovations and there was sewer work going on. I felt so let down. I was looking forward to the pool. And the staff member LIED TO ME. I will never be back!

Host was very friendly and accommodating. Property does not have all amenities functioning currently, but when the restaurant and bar are opened and the remainder of renovations are completed, this will be a fantastic property. The value for dollar was very fair and very clean.

For my stay, everything was great. Will be a little more accommodating for future guests when bar and restaurant are open.

Breakfast was good, staff was very nice, room pretty big and comfortable, a nice, quiet place. Overall, a good experience

Pretty disorganized: bathroom was not clean enough, there was no coffee (there was supposed to be), toiletries for one person while the room was for two, the pool was out of order... But the nice staff fixed what they could, so not too bad

Nice friendly staff, comfortable beds

The pool wasn’t up at running, nor was the restaurant..I booked this place based on the pool,so that was disappointing . The continental breakfast was also nothing to get too excited over..cereal, toast (only could toast 2 slices at a time on the 4-slice toaster), and eggs cooked in water. There was instant coffee there but no boiling water to make it. I did receive one cup of boiling water when asked for it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the amenities in the room. The staff at check in were very pleasant although we arrived very late - later than anticipated. We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was very nice.

There could have been fresh fruit offered for the breakfast.

The new owners are doing an excellent job! They were very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was good and complimentary, and the staff is very generous. The rooms were super clean as well!

Because they're new, there's some things they're working on like the pool temperature and updates to the building

The location was great! Close to the highway and the snowmobile trail goes directly to the hotel. Breakfast was minimal is the only drawback

Breakfast only had cereal and toast and instant coffee.

The location worked out perfectly for our trip through New Brunswick. The staff were very friendly, taking the time to speak when meeting outside of check in & check out. Thanks for a good stay.

Friendly staff, professional, good quality for the price

All was great except reserved for 3 but only had towels for two. Minor inconvenience but not really upsetting.

Friendly staff-both concierge and in restaurant. Rooms were clean and large enough to accommodate 3 adults.

There is NO pool -why do you advertise as such?
