It’s right across the beach and one of the last properties in town, so the road is very quiet. When we were there (beginning of July), the beach was very quiet too, not many people were there. There’s everything in the apartment you need, my son (13yo) missed a microwave though. I especially loved that the roller blinds totally blacked out the apartment, and the terrace is shady.

I’d really love a night light, so we could read in bed without having to have the ceiling light on.

The apartment was in excellent condition. All furnishings including kitchen and bathroom were like new. As promised the view from the balcony is spectacular (wide seaview), and the property is on a great beach for swimmers with lots of empty space.

The only negative is that the room (which was on the second floor and topped by a flat roof) gets hot during the day. We had to use air conditioning at night.

The space in the apartment is well utilized. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during a longer stay. There are outlets near the bed. The sea views are excellent! The room was clean, there’s abundant parking right outside, the swimming in front is idyllic. I’ve visited Greece many times for many months. This visit it seems that barking dogs can be an issue. There was No dog problem here. We were able to sleep with our windows open, listening to the sound of the waves.

The tranquility is because of the location outside the center, but that also makes it a longer walk to reach the center. Minor suggestion for the hosts: add a few hooks to hang hats/ caps, jackets.

Lovely quiet location with marvellous views. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Walk in glass door shower not so common in Kefalonia and loved it. Hot water all the time. Everywhere very clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Full marks.

Nothing I didn’t like.

This place is perfect if you'd like some peace and quiet, away from touristic spots and crowds. We loved the fact that the beach is literally across the street and a terrace has an amazing see view (front row house). A nice, 10 minute stroll by-the-beach takes you to the shops, restaurants, cocktail bar, bakery and coffee shops. The apartment is very clean with lots of room for your clothes, luggage and extras. The view from the bedroom was spectacular, with a mountain dropping into the clear see. We had a great time and I highly recommend.

 the property was beautifully maintained with flowers and a nice terrace spot. The apartment was very Greek so basic good kitchen space and as soon as you open the door, you do get to see the sea in the morning.

Sadly, the orange umbrellas that are in the picture we’re not up and we’re not actually outside the property. They were further down the beach which was a bit misleading. You definitely need a car if you’re going to be staying here as Poros is not big enough for a holiday to keep you entertained.

Akrogiali is a quiet and relaxing place at the very end of Poros coast almost at a sea shore. The apartments are fully equipped and allow spending undisturbed vacation with support of friendly staff. Poros is a port and is well located to reach other places in Kefalonia by car or other islands by boat. There are many great restaurants and Greek tavernas in Poros reachable on foot. You can swim and relax on very clean beaches or hike along the coast.

It was nicely tucked away from the city noises but a wonderful walk to the town for restaurants. we were right in front of a beach and felt like it was our own. Every morning we sat in the terrace sipping coffee with grape vines above us for a nice shade. so peaceful. the staff and owner were the most hospitable people you will find in Greece. I feel like we have a new extended family now!!

Location was great, as was the kitchen and bed!! The steps to 3rd floor were difficult for me, but i forgot to explain that i would like lower due to hip surgery. Beautiful outside view of beach… flowers everywhere!!

We like location (at the beach), the view (waking up every morning with direct view of a sunrise), the studio (apartment) facilities, the owners (so nice), the cleaning lady (nice, speaking vary good english) and the outside common area facilities (chairs) and free parking in front of the apartments house.

We like everything (maybe just a bed could be more comfortable/ for a better sleep)
