The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms felt more modern than the photos give away which was really nice. We had a studio and a hotel room and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering on one of the nights. The pizzeria next door is a bit of a hidden gem too. The hotel is super well maintained in a traditional style. The most noteworthy part, that a lot of the reviews also speak of is Bridget (the host) is exceptional. Her care for the family business is outstanding and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Everything!!!! The rooms were not modern but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, with the choice of eggs prepared just for you. We had to take our kids everyday for their snowboarding session at Hintertux and the hotel was close enough. The Host helped us in everything we asked and that alone made our holiday a special one!!

The only thing that I did not like doesn't concern the hotel. It was the restaurants in the village. To have some variety of food we had to go every evening to Mayrhofen. It is only about 15 minutes drive but when you are tired they seem like an eternity. In Tux you will find pizzas, burgers and Austrian Food. But no Italian restaurants, good steak houses etc and when you stay 5 nights you will seek some variety.

This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. The rooms were nice and modern and everything was well though out and practical. It was obvious that someone put a lot of thought into making the rooms as comfortable as possible and not only nice looking. The view was also great from our room and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming also giving us lots of tips on what to do in the area or where to go for dinner. Breakfast was very tasty.

Very friendly owner. Birgit so helpful. Well situated next to a great restaurant and the main bus terminal. Spotlessly clean, lively sauna and practical ski kit room. The breakfast was excellent. Everything anyone would need.

A wonderful hotel. The hostess of the hotel is very attentive, she paid attention to all the guests at Christmas, took us to a city performance, treated us to hot drinks. Everything in the hotel is organized perfectly. Very clean. 5 minutes walk to the ski lift. The ski resort is the best of all in this region. We will definitely come back.

The service was amazing! Front desk staff was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to ensure a smooth stay. When my Keys got locked in the car they were quick to help and assist with calling a service to fix the situation and unlock my car. Can’t wait to come back!

Great breakfast and very attentive host. When I injured my leg skiing she very kindly made me dinner and offered to help me with various things. Great sauna/steam ream/relaxation area. When I mentioned to the host that I liked oat milk with my coffee, she went to the shop to buy me some.

You had to pay extra for the jacuzzi (although all other spa facilities were included for free).

There is great position to near lift and bus station which leads to the iceberg. I really appreciated their staff, they were able to help us in every time we wanted. The lady of the house was so nice! And breakfasts were so delicious! I can recommend it! Wellness is included in price and you can use it every day - so perfect after skiing day! Thank you
