Fully renovated, and the spa it’s wonderful. It was pretty empty which allow us to enjoy fully the facilities

I booked the “mountain views” and we ended up having a room with the other part of the hotel in-front of us. The breakfast could have more options

- the hotel has everything a ski traveller needs, like a bar, restaurant, spa and swimming pool - the hotel is friendly, and the management clearly tries to please the guests with small extra's - the spa is nice, with an adult section and a family section - there's a coffee and tea making facility in the room - the food in the restaurant is very good quality

- there's not enough resting places in the adult spa - the breakfast selection could be a bit more extensive, like choices of bread, meat, and muesli (e.g. there's no granola) - it was not so clear where to take the ski bus, it is a 5 min walk from the hotel

1. Great experience: vary tasty food; clean room; amazing spa area! + no need of conditioner for the hair (the water is rather on the soft side) 2. Great for travelling with dog - there is plenty of space in the outer for walking the dog. 3. The famous hiking trails easily reachable (short drive by car).

Exceptionally good hotel. Spa is perfect, it’s big and not crowded. Few days we were alone there. Relaxing massage jets are super. Good breakfast, with tasty pancakes :) Staff is very friendly and real dog lovers. We received dog bad and 2 plates for our Golden Retriever. Location is nice, near the bus stop. 10-15 minutes to the center by walk.

Outdoor pool didn’t work.

Very great hotel, lovely facilities, great food and staff. Loved everything about this stay, I am sad we had to cut our stay short due to personal circumstances but would go back. I love that it wasn’t crowded and that it was close to everything while still having great facilities

The hotel is amazing . The spa and pool facilities are great and the views are fantastic. The breakfast is delicious and the staff were great

Our room has no aircon so it was a little warm but they provided us with a fan

Spa area was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with another couple, but the bathroom had a glass wall with no privacy whatsoever. So we had to message each other to say when the bathroom was free! Very peculiar and may not suit everyone.

Great breakfast, fantastic service and very attentive staff - catering to every need and making us feel super comfy. Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds. Beautiful garden with amazing view and quite different outdoor play facilities. Very children friendly. Very nice spa.

One of the most perfect hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from the staff to the design, spa facilities, attentive service and how they treated our kids was fabulous. Definitely go!

Absolutely fantastic hotel - very spacious, clean rooms, super nice staff, great outdoor & indoor pool area, tasty breakfast. Located in the heart of Zillertal Valley... Fully recommend this place!
