The location is brilliant. 5 mins to penkin and street with restaurants. The view from the balcony is magnificent! There is parking available. The place is cosy. We felt as we were only one in the guesthouse, even without the host)

The breakfast. Everything was prepared and fresh, but very limited options. Basically just bread and salami with cheese and boiled egg. Room were not properly cleaned. We didnt mind, buts some people might.

Excellent location with great views from the balcony up the valley, over to Finkenberg. Located at the top end of the town, so ideal for both cable cars. I have stayed here before and was happy to return this time. Family run hotel, with the family living downstairs, so always available if required.

The location was great, a walking path leads from the area right down to the Penkenbahn. Takes only a few minutes to walk. The host was very friendly and helpful. She even set the tables for the breakfast every morning. View from the room was nothing but spectacular!

A little more information about where to check in on arrival could be great. Maybe it was just me being tired after a long day travelling, but I found it a bit hard to know where to enter, check in and so. But it’s just a small detail to be honest :)

perfect location within a 5 minute walk of the ski lifts and the town. the owner was lovely and the breakfast every morning was perfect. rooms were spacious and the balcony views were also great. amazing value for money

don’t expect a modern hotel. it could do with modernisation but for what you pay vs other places in the area you can’t go wrong

We had a wonderful stay, the host is amazing! Rooms are a bit outdated but in a good way! Every room had its own bathroom. Close to the ski lifts and city centre.

It is very well equipped, 💜very good access by bus, underground, everything! Delicious breakfast, beautiful view! very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay, we will be back for sure. We recommend it 10/10.

1. The room we had has a spectacular view! I wish to go back here with the same room as it has two common balconies which has the view of the garden and mountain 2. There is a supermarket few walks away. 3. You can walk also to the center where the cable cars located, penkenbahn and ahornbahn. Sadly we didnt experience going up since it opens June onwards. 4. Free Parking! 5. Good breakfast 6. Comforatble Bed! 7. Very Quiet.

really lovely place. The view from our room was beautiful, probably better than most of Mayrhofen! we were very happy to discover there was an infra red sauna which wasn't event advertised. Included breakfast in the morning before going to the slopes was really handy, it was simple but just what we needed, and it was always ready for us when we needed it. The room was perfectly clean. It was simple but just want we needed. The whole place has a nice cosy and welcoming atmosphere. only 5 min walk to the penkenbahn which is really absolutely fine!

Not enough power sockets in the room. We had to disconnect the tv to charge our phones. Rubbish was not cleared from the room when we checked in. The light in one of the bathrooms was too dim.
