This is a really nice family hotel, located in a quiet part of the village near all the action. The room was good size and very comfortable, with a sitting area and a fridge that was very handy. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was always kind and helpful. There is also a big terrace with great views and comfortable sitting to hang out. We were here twice, and if we ever come back to Mayrhoffen, we will definitely stay here.

The first time we stayed, it was very hot. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room.

5 minuted journey from the train station. Bus stops across the road. Lovely mountain views from the bedroom..stunning! Fridge in room. Warm welcoming every morning with a smile. Breakfast was lovely especially the eggs from the Happy chick's!! prepared as you like every day. Warm bread rolls, along with a continental breakfast with amazing views whilst eating. Warm Ski room downstairs for skis and boots with a lift if needed. Good access to the slopes approx 7 mins walk.

There is no tea or coffee facilities within the room. So if you return early and need a drink make sure you've popped Into the local spa before hand, or the Pizza place nearby that sells beer and water. Or the neighbouring larger hotel for a coffee.

We love the Hotel & Suites Glück Auf, its very clean and Monica ( the owner) of the hotel is so friendly and helpful, she has recommended me with Taxi and places to rent my ski gear, both of them are good value for money, and excellent service. The room is spacious and super clean and warm. Its only 5 mins away from the Penken lift, very convenient. I would highly recommend this place to everyone if they are not too bothered of having a SPA. It also has a massage service hotel, its a shame that its fully booked while we were there. I will definitely try it next time and book it in advance.

The spacious self-catered apartment worked well for us. Convenient location with under 10 minute walk to the main gondola, shops and restaurants. Well equipped apartment and very clean

The pillows were very soft and it would have been good to have extras. There wasn't really much space for hanging clothes, especially damp ski gear - more hooks in the hallway would have been helpful

We liked especially the breakfast and location. Hotel is close to Mayrhofen restaurants, shops and cable cars. Bus stop towards Hintertux was also close. We had a twin room without balcony, but there is a big common balcony with nice mountain views that can be used by guests.

Breakfast very good. Typical Austrian breakfast. Lots of fresh food including fruit. Rooms spotless. Great location for both Penken and Ahorn. Buses run past the hotel for access along the valley. Near enough to the apres ski but far enough away to avoid the noise.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed our slightly more expensive apartment with its breathtaking mountain view and modern style. The hotel's large parking lot and elevator were also greatly appreciated, especially when traveling with a small child. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is conveniently situated near the city center and within close proximity to numerous attractions and destinations.

While our overall experience at the hotel was great, we would like to mention a couple of areas for improvement. Firstly, we noticed that the floor in our apartment was a bit dusty, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. Secondly, we found that the pour-over coffee machine provided in the room was a bit inconvenient. It requires specific paper filters and ground coffee beans, which were not included in the room amenities. It would be helpful if these items were provided or if it was clearly communicated that guests need to bring their own supplies for the coffee machine.

Very convenient location combined with being slightly off the busy area. Very comfortable rooms and fantastic stuff! You won't have any regrets staying there!

Decent breakfast but I wish it had more variety since I've stayed there for more than a week

The breakfast service offered a delightful selection, featuring fresh, locally sourced eggs each morning. High-quality coffee complemented the offerings, alongside a diverse array of fruits, cheese, bread, and more. The hotel provided ample complimentary on-site parking, and its convenient location placed it within a 5-minute walk of the Penkenbahn.

The location was fantastic, close to the cable cars and bus stop. The room was warm and clean and well appointed. The wifi was excellent. The staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious. The facilities for ski and boot storage were excellent. We had a wonderful stay.

I liked everything. Would love to stay there again.
