The property was lovely and the staff were fantastic. Parking was especially helpful. We also needed a moss of laundry done after a wet day of hiking - they did it and we were grateful. The beer fridge in the reception area was especially welcome! Thank you to a wonderful staff!

If there was anything to change, I suggest that they upgrade their pillows to a modern standard.

We highly appreciated the comfort of the bed , the kindness of the employees, the location and the parking spot. Very calm place, in a great location, close to everything (hikes, beautiful cities, restaurants , supermarkets ..). The fridge in the room is a real value !

No kettle in the room and we would appreciate a shower instead of bathtub

The staff of the hotel was great! The first morning we were at breakfast we asked for fresh OJ which they didn't have. We came down the next day. the fresh OJ was waiting for us at the table :) Also, we got little treats for Christmas morning which was lovely. Thank you very much! The other great feature of this hotel is the closeness of the Penkenbahn lift - it's literally 2 minutes walk, which is very convenient!

The sauna facility has no policy around 'nakedness' and most of the night when we were trying to go, there were always nude men and women, so it's not exactly family-friendly and if you are not from the 'nude' culture, I would stay away from the sauna.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in a quiet area but close to the main street for all bars, restaurants and shops. The sauna area of the hotel is wonderful and the hot drinks that are provided in the sauna area are a nice little touch. The Penkanbarhn is but a short walk downhill. The bonus for the hotel is the bus stop about 30m away from the Penkanbarhn/Ahorn if walking is not your thing.

I found nothing wrong about the hotel or resort and this was down to it being in the top ten ski resorts in Europe. The resort is popular so booking meals in the restaurants a few days before is a must. I have been to the resort many times and still have not gotten into Restaurant El Toro.

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is great and the beds are comfortable. The sauna is amazing.

There is no kettle or tea service in the rooms, and the hotel lobby is kind of "closed" from the afternoon, so it is very boring at nights and there is no place to sit with your friends

Great nice and cozy hotel , very close to the elevator. Every single thing was great, including great Wi-Fi, hot water 24/7, nice breakfast. suits for the price. hostlers were nice and gentle.

The only negative thing is the stream in the shower that was a little bit weak.

The hotel has a great location close to the bus stops and the main Penkenbahn gondola. The owner as well as the staff are helpful and welcoming. The family room we stayed in was clean, warm and quiet. We also greatly enjoyed a fresh and delicious breakfast.
