We did have a fantastic stay for 9 days att this very nice and very well maintained hotel. It was our second stay at this hotel. This time we had a nice room with a big balcony facing the Ahornbahn. The hotel offers several facilities such as a nice spa area with an indoor pool and an outside jacuzzi and there are also different kinds of saunas. Excellent dinners and breakfast are served in a nice restaurant. The owners and all of the staff are very caring. The hotel offers good parking facilities and the location is close to both lift stations Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn and are easily reached. A ski room for storing boots and skis is offered. We are over all very satisfied with our stay and hope to be back next year again.

The hotel gave us everything we looked for in an hotel. The food was quite excellent with a slight Austrian flavour, whilst the staff in this family run hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location suited us well as we planned to do as much walking as we could, and it was in a good position for the ski lifts. We were there in June so skiing wasn’t on our agenda. Mayrhofen itself is quite charming with all the facilities that we would look for.

In a nice quiet part of the village. Excellent facilities. Food was exceptionlly good and there was plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, great breakfast en dinner. The staff (everyone, the reception, in the restaurant, the housekeepers) is very friendly and helpful! The facilities (pool and sauna) are perfect. We have been there for three times now and still want to back every year!

Great facilities and great food and in general really nice polite and helpful staff.

Unfortunately there was one member of staff who we found to be rude and unhelpful. she worked on the checkin desk and helped out in the dinning area. The rest of the staff were amazing.

Great hotel, wonderful pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The staff and owners were very helpful throughout our stay.

Very friendly family hotel with many spa facilities. Food was very good and plentiful. Vegetarian & GF needs were catered for with ease. Rooms very spacious with great views of the mountains.

A very small point but the bar area is very small and feels like an extension to the hotel entrance / lobby. No evening entertainment.
