Exceeded expectations on all levels. Spacious, clean and modern. Stunning views up and down the valley; easy, flat walk to all amenities in Mayrhofen but without the crowds, noise, or traffic. And you can have breakfast bread delivered!

The shared side balcony took a bit of getting used to with the apartment but the front one is private.

I got an upgrade from a single room to a studio (apartment), thanks! It is spacious, clean, modern and there is a balcony where you can rest with a cup of tea. Plus, I definitely enjoyed cooking in a such well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast all right as well. Kudos!

Not to complain about whatsoever. If I wanted to be spoiled, maybe a homemade cake for breakfast could be the "icing on the cake."

nice big apartment, cleaning service was included, which was nice. good location for outdoor activities. The next door Trout restaurant has amazing trout, highly recommended to try the Tiroler version. Nearby outdoor playgrounds for kids.

washing machine is not self-service, takes a day. we used camping nearby for wash& dry, done in 1,5 hours, but you have to do it yourself obviously.

A stylish, homely, comfortable apartment hotel Cooking facilities were good, with 2 hobs, a microwave oven/grill and even dishwasher. Sauna and steam room were beautifully maintained and relaxing. The laundry facilities were helpful. The view from the room is unbeatable.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed considering the value for money. Amazing room setup, breathtaking view and good breakfast with many options. The location is perfect with close proximity to the center (walkable distance). Wish I could stay longer and sit in the balcony and see the mountains.

I love staying in family run places, this one is super, made with mindset of sharing good feeling, not squeezing the the last dime out of your for profits. You have very nice hosts, view worth a million bucks, great rooms, all accessories in room, balcony, parking, you name it. Ski room is great, boots are always dry in morning. And sauna(s) were fantastic as well. Thank you very much for stay at your place:)

Everything is great. The mountain view is brilliant, way above expectation. The location is not easy to arrive without a car, walking for 10-15 mins from the train station, but the mountain view makes it worth. Also, the breakfast is various and delicious.

Hotel is new and modern with nice interior, exterior and views from rooms and breakfast area. Ski bus stop is in 100 meters. Perfect for bringing a dog along. Breakfast is okay

Late arrival can be tricky, but in our case it worked fine

HOTEL is better than on the pictures. Modern room with milkeway bedroom ceiling. The view from the room is magnificent. The hotel is 10 min walk! away from the city centre, straight away from ski bus (30m) Ski bus runs very regularly. I would recommend 👌 💯and would be happy to go again.

Very comfortable nice location not too far from the lifts, but far enough out of the town that it is quiet.
