Clean. Location. Convenient for public transport, shopping and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious, quiet and comfy.

I don’t think the receptionist was familiar with guests using telephone in rooms. The member of staff was a bit struggle to know how much to charge me for couple of local calls. I had to ask for all invoice at the end of my stay. (2bookings) Because the deposit, deduction and tax. Seemed very complicated. It made me a bit nervous because I don’t know when I would have the difference back to my card.

I requested a room on a high floor at the end of the hallway and they did manage my requests which was very nice. The room was quite big and the bathroom was spacious as well. Roomservice was fast as well and the location is near a metro station and the Tianjin Eye.

The hotel had a restaurant and lobby bar which both did not look very inviting and the food was okay. Communication in English was very challenging with some staff members.

Always love the clean, spacious room and comfortable bed. Lounge is simple but good. Have very good rest every night of my stay.

The only restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast food selection is good. A combination of western and local. However, always ran out of cups. There was no coffee/ tea cups. Use the same mug for coffee/ tea/ milk/ juices. By 8.30am. No more cups. No Chinese soup spoons either. Need to ask from waiter/ waitress. How to serve porridge wo spoon. The cutlery are also very lacking. No coffee spoon. Often I have to share a fork w hubby. Not quite 5 star standard on this. Hope they will improve on this.

Very friendly staff, able to speak English, clean room, big and soundproof, AC was in good condition and not noisy. My elderly dad loved the bathroom design as the floor is not slippery and there's a seating bench inside the shower for him to sit Breakfast was good, maybe limited choice for some guests but we were satisfied, moreover the staff at the breakfast took the time and patience to teach me how to register to the official Marriott WeChat account to get breakfast coupons so we got 50% off during our stay (our reservation didn't include breakfast). There's a shopping mall next to the hotel and a 24-h small convenience store 100m from the hotel.

The breakfast was enjoyable, and I appreciated the quality. However, I would love to see more variety, especially with local specialty dishes to enhance the experience. No comment regarding the location.

Breakfast was great - good spread that catered for everyone's taste. It included a hot and cold buffet. Mainly Asian cuisine, although there was a fair amount for the western palate. Food was tasty.

The Executive Lounge can be improved by catering a greater variety of finger foods.

From start to finish, I enjoyed my time and had to extend for a few more days. My kids also loved it. Breakfast was always good and room service Staff were always willing to help and support

Some staff didn't know my booking was and asked unnecessary questions once or twice after seeing me for weeks.

the breakfast has variety and western and Chinese. bus stops and subway stations and shopping centre are in walking distance.

the fridge is only room-temperature so we can't keep anything in it to keep it cool.

Good size room and bed was comfortable, below are good too. It is quart and very close to market , breakfast is average unless you like to try the Chinese food.

TV is very limited .
