Very friendly and helpful staff. We were especially impressed that they arranged a fish platter for our breakfast as we do not eat beef and pork. The breakfast was really good. We felt very comfortable. They communicated the most important information well. The pricing was transparent. The amenities were good. We really liked our view of the lake. The possibility to use the sister hotel swimming pool and parking was helpful.

As mentioned in other reviews, the limited parking is not ideal but the sister hotel parking is not far.

Amazing sauna facilities- for free and great breakfast. But the highlight by far is the lovely receptionist staff - very welcoming and helpful. The mind-blowing beauty of the lake view in the morning and the balcony makes it a trip highlight.

The parking was limited and it seems there is a first come first serve- first served basis. We had to park a 7 minute walk down the hill from the hotel as there was no space left for us!!! The whole room was boiling hot like a sauna, even after we turned all the radiators down. Had to sleep with the windows open (it was minus 8 degrees outside) to be able to breathe. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place either, it kept spinning around and the facing the wall, so the only way to shower was to hold it with one hand. We got an upgraded room, so not complaining about it, but it would be a much lower rating if we had paid for this upgrade and then faced these issues.

Nice location, close to city center. Good view of the lake. Quiet, secure and upmarket surroundings. Hotel is overall very clean and rooms have generous space. Good breakfast. Parking places are limited but hotel managed to arrange alternate free parking nearby. Note that there are no elevators in the property. Surprisingly excellent Badi with lush green place nearby (about 300 meters from the property).

No elevator or kids entertainment facilities at the property. Check-in possible only at other nearby sister property after 4pm.

Breakfast was decent, though there were limited options, which didn't bother us much. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi was accessible, the cleaning service was efficient, and parking was available.

The hotel's location (apartments) was acceptable, but the apartment itself was not comfortable. The bathroom was very small and lacked a fan, causing heat and odors to linger throughout the apartment. An alarm device was placed right outside the bathroom, so after showering, we had to wait for the steam to clear to avoid triggering it. The bedroom was also very small, and the beds were uncomfortable and creaked with every movement, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there were many insects, which is something that definitely needs attention. There was no coffee or tea provided, so we had to go out and buy it each time.

Lovely apartment, last minute booking. Price very good, view from window excellent, restaurant in partner hotel very good. Breakfast good. You can also access the lake at the partner hotel.

These were not issues but might help to explain! Parking, there is not enough at the apartments so if you arrive late you may need to park at the partner hotel, it isn't far but it is uphill so unload bags before you park. Use the restaurant at the partner hotel, it is very good.

Staff at reception were welcoming and explained everything we needed to know clearly and briefly. The place is clean and in a beautiful location. The mattress is good in the double bedroom. Access to the pool in the sister hotel is what makes this place good value. The breakfast was excellent : local products which we loved, great bread and jam , everything was of good quality and very well looked after. Thanks

Bathroom could be updated but ok for the price. It would have been nice to have coffee sticks and tea in our room when we arrived. Balcony area needs a bit of love but the views make up for it! Thanks for the 2 chocolates for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nature Titisee as we were upgraded to an apartment which had a lounge, kitchen , bedroom and separate bathroom. our lounge view of lake Titisee was obscured by the trees however we could see the mountains in the distance.We has dinner in the main hotel restaurant which was good quality and service however a little on the expensive compared to the UK. We had a lovely Breakfast at the apartment complex we stayed at away from the main hotel with a great selection of continental produce. there was also a Sauna facility available to the guests of the apartments

Nothing ........... only the mention was the prices of the food in the main hotel..... in hindsight we should of taken the car into the town for more choice

Modern hotel, nice lake view, comfortable room, excellent breakfast

No chance to get food in the hotel in the evening, so we had to go to the town center where most places serve dinner only until 20:00 . When we came back the parking was full, the reception was closed (although it was just 21:30), and there were no indication about the additional guest parking (which was just 100 m away), so we were a bit lost. I think some more attention to the guests’ needs would be helpful. The room was spacy but it lacked the idea to to use the space to make it cosy. Generally, the Titisee area seems to be overpriced.

Good view from the balcony of the lake. Breakfast had good variety and good quality. The room size was good. Staff is really responsive and dedicated.

More on the functional side than plush. Where we stayed we had to carry our heavy luggage three or four floors up through stairs No one from the staff is there after 8 pm.

The receptionist (Bojana Kocet)is so helpful. We are from Malaysia, therefore language is a barrier. Hence she help us to talk to the cab driver on the destination we heading to. On top of that, she guide us with the train schedule for our next destination. She go beyond for the customer to ensure we have a comfortable stay. She so friendly and I would want to emphasize she is truly helpful The room is clean, the heater is good. Special thank to Bojana Kocet again for all her help and support.
