Location is very good idlic at the same time accessibility to market and eateries etc, centrally located,cozy., Very homely with very good responsible person very prompt response to any need,supported by staff ,cleanly maintained Breakfast they are arranging from outside as they to not have in house restaurant,can understand the practical situation as Coorg/Madikere is a floating tourist location and it will not be viable to run and maintain a Restaurant., Really appreciate their effort for providing complimentary breakfast without having the trouble to walk out and have breakfast., It's homely feel

Everything was fine,there is nothing that we didn't like

Shafiq, the manager and attendant Girish kumar were exceptionally good in serving with smile always. Premises was clean and easily accessible to market place

Small restaurant within premises would have been better

The hotel staff was very courteous. Their Sevices were very prompt. Also they were very forthcoming to extend help, especially in our case where we had a small kid and mother (who is senior citizen).

Everything was good.

The room I stayed was neat and spacious. Locotion was good in the centre of the town and close to good restaurants. Property is well maintained with good staffs. Stay was very Comfortable. Loved the stay. I will always recommend.

Location was good, quite place to stay

Breakfast they have a Tie up with some restaurants Not so good ,they should have there own setup Till then it is ok .I have already spoken to the manager incharge

The location was close to all the sightseeing places. The room was well maintained and with all basic amenities.

The breakfast at another hotel was not very organized. It was very crowded and all items were not available initially. Also the place was not clean. The people there need to be more polite with the guests.

Good and comfortable stay. Room was spacious and neat. Only suggestion is for the facility to have some snacks and beverages options for guests.

i think u should arrange breakfast at your premises instead of arranging at SAMUDRA then customers will opt to move to coorg palace

Rooms spacious, airy, nice balcony and clean bathrooms with modern fixtures. It is close to the town market.

For the breakfast one has to go to another hotel. However they do provide you in the room if requested.

Parking Space is good.

Drinking water is paid service.
