I have been staying many hotels on business, and this hotel has the best hospitality than other all Indian hotels. Chic but modern interior, well-chosen furnishings. Excellent interior sense. A quiet and relaxing hotel for adults. The attentiveness of the staff is pleasant. Even if I would't go to the tourist spots, I would relax for a few days just in this hotel. The quiet, calm atmosphere and comfortableness of this hotel is well worth the price. Until the day before I came to Jaisalmer, I was so tired from hard work, so I spent a long time resting in a hotel bed. But my lower back didn't hurt at all. I want to incorporate this bed structure into my house.

The sink didn't flush well. Closet pulls are also unstable. Those were because it's antique furniture, but that's why I think it's better to maintain it. The electrical outlets in the room can't be used except next to the TV. It's not convenient for charging mobile phone. I want you to fix at least one more place to turn on the electricity.

From the minute we arrived to the moment we left, Chandan, Pankaj and the rest of the staff were absolutely excellent. We were made to feel it home, the staff were always on hand to help out with any requests you made. The property itself has the Rajasthani rustic charm. It’s built I guess from the local sandstone and has that lovely calming effect. The hotel knew we were in India to celebrate my wife’s 60th, and they pleasantly surprised us with a beautifully laid cake ok our return in the evening. Small touches went a long way. Oh and you have to eat at the roof top restaurant of the hotel. The best pizzas and local Rajasthani food

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

I have stayed in several hotels across the world but this one here has been the best of it all considering the price point. The location is perfect to explore Jaisalmer. Walking distance to major attractions. The rooms were spacious, super-clean and simply beautiful. The rooftop restaurant is lovely with delicious Indian and Italian cuisine and not to forget with a nice fort view. Last but not the least, the staff! They were out-of-the-world! Very caring, polite and helpful. We were travelling with 2 small kids and they were always caring about their food, even packing some cakes/fruits when we were stepping out for a city tour and on the day of check-out. Impeccable service! They have just 11 rooms in the property so if you find one go ahead and book it without any hesitation.

We received the best hospitality in India here! They did the extra mile. When we arrived they offered us breakfast while they took care of the procedure of the check-in. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. During the day they have snacks and water included. Peter made our stay really memorable! He was also our guide to the fort and we highly recommend it. We had a massage and was good. The area outside is great to relax. The dinner was delicious and the view to the fort was really nice. They arranged our transportation to the airport and prepared a bag with food for the journey. Thank you so much!!! You guys are amazing!

Our stay at this hotel was, hands down, the best experience we had in India. The hospitality and service were incredible every staff member went above and beyond to help with any request or question. The property itself is stunning, with attention to detail everywhere you look. Breakfast was a highlight in itself, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The whole vibe of the place was welcoming and friendly, right from the moment we were greeted by the owner and his playful dogs. It truly felt like a home away from home and was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended!

The hotel is perfectly located near the fort, with a stunning view from the rooms and from the rooftop terrace. The place is decorated with taste and feeling very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and caring about its customers. It also feels like the staff enjoys working there (which is uncommon in India) and it gives a very good atmosphere. The hotel manager M. Pankaj is making you feel at home and is also a government guide so no need to look outside. Overall, an exceptional experience in a beautiful city

Absolutely loved the customer service of this hotel. It was better than 5star hotels like Taj. Rooms were spacious and food was delicious. Simba and KK (the hotel pet dogs) added more cheer to the place. They are friendly and me and my husband loved them. Ambiance of the hotel is very quiet and mellow. Exactly what you need away from the buzzing streets of Jaisalmer. The fort is minutes walk away from the hotel. The hospitality and beauty of this hotel is unlike I have ever experienced. Hope to visit the hotel soon again.

I LOVED everything about the hotel.

Super clean, very friendly staff that helped anytime needed. We had a flight early in the morning and I skipped breakfast because I was not feeling well.. the staff noticed I did not eat so they packed sandwiches and fruits for my whole family for on the way and for the flight. The whole place and vibe was nice , friendly , safe and clean. Highly recommend this place , the location of this place is best. The staff at this place made the whole stay worthwhile. I have not seen this level of customer care in any other hotels in India yet.

This was easily one of the best hotels we have stayed in in all of our travels. The staff go above and beyond here and make you feel at home so easily. The room was lovely and the facilities great. The breakfast was delicious and it's great to have free tea and coffee throughout the day. The staff really looked after us after a couple of transport mishaps and our safety was their primary concern. A big thank you to Pankaj and the team...there is no better place to stay in Jaisalmer!
