Good basic accommodation. A small kitchen area with stove, microwave, and also a coffee machine with pods provided which was very welcomed. Was met by host on arrival and shown the room and facilities. It's a bit of a way from the centre of town, but it is walkable and there is a tram very close. Wifi worked well.

Could have had mosquito screens on window. Was provided with coils and closed the window when I went to bed, so mosquitos not a great problem, but would have preferred to have had an open window.

Although we arrived before check-in time, our host had already prepared the room and we were handed over the keys. The host was very kind and the room was clean. The garden/terrace has lots of cute little details and it's great to relax and/or have a glass of wine. We had prepared ourselves to take the tram back and forth, as the apartment is not in the city center, but we ended up walking the distance every day a couple of times. It is really not that far! I'm pretty sure no one would mind, as it makes you see something of the neighbourhood: passing the houses, with all the beautiful flowers. You won't see them by taking by tram. All in all, we had a very lovely stay and would come back for the peaceful garden only.

Perfect location, close to the tram line, very convenient to reach all the spots; Clean with a very confortable mattress and a strong WiFi. Friendly owner, we could check out later.

Lack of insulation, we could clearly hear the steps upstairs early in the morning, earplugs needed for sleep.

We were desperate for sleep. Our host was great and we slept well before leaving early.

The host was very helpful and the place is a block from the tram.

The place was clearly overpriced. They lied on the listing saying they had AC when they only had a tiny fan while it was extremely hot. The place was not clean and it was infested with mosquitos with no products to take care of it. I sent two texts to the owner to address the issues and he never responded.... DO NOT GO!
