Amazing bright and spacious room, which has everything you need. Very high tech and comfortable. The bed is great, the desk is very useful for work, and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff is lovely and very helpful.

I stayed for 5 days. I liked 1) The staff is very helpful and friendly 2) Available anytime you need help 3) The room was very clean and provided with plenty of amenities 4) walking distance to market and restaurants. 5) Bed was so comfortable 6) They cleaned the room every day on request 7) They helped us carry the luggage downstairs

1) Have to climb to the 3rd floor using staircases. No elevator. 2) The bathroom is separated outside from.the.the toilet, for which the door is a glass door. I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower in a transparent door. 3) Toilet didn't have a cabinet or shelf to store our personal accessories 4) No wardrobe for storing clothes. 5) No drying hook for wet towels 6) Refrigerator was too tiny. Please consider changing a little bigger

the room was great, spacious.. the interior looks wonderful.. very comfortable bed and pillow.. aircond and water heater worked well.. the TV had good selections, they even provide you with a power bank in the room.. it was a bit tiring going up the stairs as the building doesn't have elevators, mind you our room was on the third floor, imagine if you forgot something in your car when you're already in the room.. lol I also like that they provide parking in the area all in all, it's a great place to stay.. it's nearby to Centrepoint Sabah, so shopping and finding places to eat is easy

Amenities are great. They provide exceptional service and communication is top notch, the best I have encountered. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The lightings are switch on by touch. The Grab service would drop off sort of behind. That area in the morning is not accessible because of a myr$4 charge to enter for cars. Just walk to Takaful for pick up. At night, the boom gate is open. The foot bridge (10 mins) to the Waterfront near there too. Go to Welcome Seafood by crossing the road next to Nasi Lemak Kahwin and walk through the building to the other side.Great food and service. Watson is also across that road. Great to buy bottle water, medicine and toiletries.

Personally, the stairs to the three floor isn't a big deal as it is good after a heavy meal. Great exercise for stronger legs.They provide luggage assistance, if you need it. Maybe add a shelf around the sink for toiletries bag, a bit tight for 2 persons toiletries bags.

ACJ Residence is a very modern accomodation in the centar of KK. Irene and Vinah with whome we talked through whatsapp were very lovley and gave as all info about the check in + photos of how to find the place a day before arrival and that was very helpful! Room was nice, tidy and clean and it came with toiletries, water, coffee, tea... :) self check out was also very simple

Walls of the rooms are kind of thin, or we were not very lucky and got the very loud guests in the neighbor room so we were woken up at 4am, but ofc the owners did not have anything to do with that. Just a heads up about the walls.

Our stay at the ACJ Residence was fantastic from start to finish. The room was really lovely with a modern & trendy decor. The amenities were great - comfy bed, tv, fridge and nice shower! The location is ideal and very close walking distance to the waterfront, Gaya street and the jetty for island hopping. Also, it’s convenient to have lots of shops, restaurants and other facilities like laundry nearby. And to top it all off, the communication from Vinah and the team is excellent - always on hand via WhatsApp to help with any of your needs. For check in/out, travel advice and tips, organising room cleaning etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF STAYING IN KK!!
