Exceptional hotel. Really good value and comfy. We were flying at 3am and the reception staff really looked after us and let us keep the room free of charge until midnight which we were really pleased about. Would highly recommend 👌

Great and safe location in Salvador. Nice view from the balcony.

Elevators take a while and the corridors does not have enough AC, you arrive at the ground floor sweating.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

The hotel is close to a very noisy venue playing loud music

It is noisy due to heavy traffic. You can not keep the door open.

Even though this property is considered a hotel, its facilities make it look more like an apart-hotel. The room we booked (twin standard) was very spacious! What most surprised us was the size of the balcony (bigger than average). Another great surprise about this hotel was the size of the pools and the gym - as a gym rat this hotel’s gym facilities were superb! Breakfast was pretty great as well, what most pleased me was the Nespresso machine that was available to use, great addition to the buffet. Staff were very helpful as well, specially those around during the breakfast period. Will definitely stay here again! Hope they keep the quality up until then.

The hotel looks like a residential building, so some aspects of the room might look a bit outdated or off (there was a random sink in our room which resembled an old laundry room). Not something that bothered us by all means, just an observation really. Apart from that I can’t think of anything else that could improve…
