The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room temperature was perfect, not too warm not too cold. After a long international trip it was the perfect place to recharge and recover energies. Also the location next to a big department store is very useful.

The room has many lights, on top of the nightstand tanle, on the AC control, on the clock, that cannot be turned off and prevent the room from being completely dark at night. It would be nice to solve this issue with a complete-dark switch or so. It would increase the sleep quality a lot.

The location was convenient between two subway stations, most of the destinations are in acceptable distance. Two grocery stores nearby (7-11 & GS25). The staff speak English and are friendly, Chloe from the front desk was helpful and ordered me a ride, their concierge was great and modified my schedule, Geo from room service was super kind, Housekeeping were great, I really loved everything and everyone. I would definitely recommend Fairmont.

I would recommend adding more English channels, and additional Halal food.

Stunning hotel. Wonderful design. Very arty. Beautifully presented. Huge rooms with amazing views. We decided to spoil ourselves by booking The Fairmont and we felt spoiled. Wonderful roof top cocktail bar. Views of the river and other sky-scrappers, very dramatic. Loved my room. The shopping plaza connected to the hotel is very classy. We spent a lot of time there and not normally my thing.

Pool and wellness suite is beautiful. Quite a few rules in order to use though.

Great location, very close to underground train stations/mall. Nice atmosphere with sophisticated structural design.

Sometimes cleaning staff misses one or two small details. Like cleaning around the basin, vacuuming certain parts of floor etc.

Upon arrival, the bed sheets are dirty, no house keeping service, the staff asked as to change it !! After a discussion they managed to send one of the worker to help us in changing it however he was not aware and they changed only the fitted sheet and pillows case.

Excellent facilities and staff, very comfortable accommodations in a convenient central location. Can visit with confidence that your stay will be comfortable and stress-free.

The location was great for us as it was next two shopping malls. The room was spacious, the building smelled wonderful and the staff were attentive.

Everything was great but there was just 3 minor details that downgraded the experience a little. First, the hotel put the wrong title on the welcoming screen, they put me as "Mr." when I am a "Ms." Second, there were big water stains near the sink and bathtub area. Third, the light up magnifying mirror was too high for me (even when I stood on my toes) and was not adjustable.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room, attentive staff and most convenient as it is connected to Hyundai Mall with amazing shops and food options. The hotel is between two subway stations and within walking distance to the Han Riverside. Highly recommended!

it was very clean and comfortable, the amenities were very thorough, thinking of every detail your guests might need. Location was very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, transportation. As a solo traveler, I also felt safe. You’re staff was discreet, and very helpful.
