First things first The hospitality is UNMATCHED. I was travelling to India with my mother and young kids for six nights and the staff took care of us soo well we just felt like home. Chef satish and his whole team (manisha soham deepak n all of them)at the breakfast did an exceptional job in providing us with the BEST services. Kareena and vashisht at the reception took care of everything so well. Kareena was my point of contact for the whole trip and was quick to respond to any query and did an amazing job. The whole team of park hyatt took additional care of all of us.My 9 year old daughter said-“Mumma everyone is soo kind here♥️” I truly congratulate the whole team for such an amazing team work and giving us so much warmth it Truly was the best experience. A biggg Thank you to park hyatt team.

The hotel was 6 Star service Friendly smiling courteous team all throughout. The Breakfast Buffet was excellent ,offering a large variety of international choices. Quality was outstanding. Thanks to Sous Chef - Satish Room service/ House keeping team very attentive to every need A Very special mention to house keeping team Chandan and Akhil room 644 Level 6 Working so hard everyday to meet the guests every need They need an award!! just a minor issue.... The shower/ bathroom was a bad design .No hooks or shelf to hang clothes, so everything gets wet.. while showering as there was no screen or curtain

The hotel is studded with amazing staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to kitchen, every staff is very polite, accommodating, and professional. I traveled with my 1.5 yr old son, and he was treated like a king there, chef Staish and team sent out the most delicious and nutritional food for him, which was complimentary. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and not to forget the staff there too were very helpful and genuinely sweet. To sum up, WE LOVER OUR STAY AT PARK HYATT

The bed size could be a lil bigger

Modern, sleek design accented with Hyderabadi imagery. Lively lobby area. Helpful staff and comfy, large rooms with large desk. Gym was also very good for a hotel gym.

Bad layout with standard rooms looking into lobby, thereby having no natural light. Needed to upgrade to higher tier for sanity. The hotel was overwhelming adorned in black marble, which when coupled with dim lighting made atmosphere too dark.

At first I was given a room which had common door with my adjoining road. So whenever there was any sound at the adjoining room it was a noise for my room and the first night of my stay was horrible as people in my adjoining room was doing party . However, next day I had to change the room, the hotel staff was very cooperative and I could change the room,

I got an opportunity to meet Mr. Manohar (HOD Housekeeping) at the GYM. While having a conversation with him, I just mentioned if i could have the bubble bath and bath salt in my room so that I could enjoy a nice soak post my workouts. To my surprise, I did not only get them, but he made an arrangement that the bathtub was filled up for my bubble bath and relaxing soak with just right temperature of water. This was overwhelming and my special moment during my stay. Also there were many other addons like fresh fruits , chocolates , cookies etc. were always present in my room other than the usual facility. I really appreciate all the efforts and conviction to serve better of Mr. Manohar and entire hotel management. what else would one ask for. I was taken care of absolutely great.

There needs to be surely improvement in the Gym equipment. A multi-trainer should be added.

It is located in the hub of the city was easy to go around. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean.

I asked for a king bed were as they gave us twin beds that too separated. Pesticides were constantly being used while we were going in and out of the rooms that is breakfast times and the smell was awful! Hope that hey dont have like almost 4 to 5 people in the corridors working on the same kind of work and talking pretty loud. Too noisy trying to fix things most of our stay we were there. This is a luxury hotel, they need to figure out ways to get their pesticides done in a manner where the guests are not disturbed.

Stylish, well located hotel with a really professional, friendly team of staff and comfortable, spacious rooms. I ordered the biryani on room service and it was delicious. We had some drinks in the hotel bar after our event and the negronis were absolutely outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent a night here after our flight was delayed. Great hotel, efficient and friendly staff. The hotel is close to the Jubilee Hills breweries so had a last bonus night out in Hyderabad. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Exactly what you would expect from Park Hyatt brand, and would use again if returning to Hyderabad.

A beautiful hotel in terms of the view, the reception staff were very helpful, and the manager was very helpful. We asked her to late check out from the hotel because the plane was in the evening, and she was very nice and helpful. The staff is helpful if anything is requested from the hotel, and they communicate with the visitor
