The location was great, and the best thing was that there was a staff member named Kaushik who really went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay, along with other excellent staff members.

The security team unfairly singled us out because we arrived in a Auto, and they got into a heated argument with my wife, who was still in the Auto, while I was in the reception. They rudely insisted that we leave. It's really not okay for a well-known hotel to treat guests differently based on the type of transportation they use or their skin color.

Location, food, restaurant staff all were very good.

I spent total 6 nights at the hotel with group of 6 people. My bill was 4 lac total with breakfast & dinner at hotel. I was eligible for 10-15% discount on my dinner bill which would be total of 15k (discount on my food bill of 65k) but the reception person refused citing a issue that bill has been posted so now it can’t be changed. It could be easily done but he did not entertain. After spending 4 lacs in 6 days, they didn’t have courtesy to offer 2.5% discount (15k on total 4 lac) I would not stay here next time when I travel & advise others as well to find good hotels on Banjara Hills which are very nearby (within 1-2km)

Room Size that could accommodate the family of 4. Of course I had to pay for extra bed. Very Courteous Chef at the "Chill". The Lead Chef at each visit helped us a lot. You Should be proud of them.

Terrible - Staff at the reception, security at the lift and Staff at Bar 41. FO Staff and security literally held my guest hostage when they were trying to visit my room to meet my children. It was extremely embarrassing for me. I am not sure if you are running a hostel or a premium hotel. Staff at Bar 41are untruthful. me and my guests came in to have a good time. I enquired about the happy hours and we were well within the happy hours. But he disagreed to offer happy hours sighting that it was past 8 PM. I asked the staff to show the time on his phone and he mentioned that he is running his phone 10 mins behind and that's why he cannot offer happy hours. How can any one run there phones 10 mins slow??

Clean, convenient, comfortable, affordable. Our stay was great, the kitchen staff bent backwards to accommodate our son’s nut allergy to ensure that food was nut free. They made us a custom cake that was nut free so that we could take cake to our birthday lunch party. Kitchen staff very kind & helpful. House keeping staff very responsive, they bring what we need really quickly even at 4am when we checked in. Reception staff was super friendly, making the whole experience great. Front door staff also very helpful whenever we leave or arrive back to hotel. Room was stocked with filtered water every day, even gave us extra water as we needed it. Very helpful. Space in room was great, especially for families. Would recommend for families.

Pool staff was precious about giving out towels, wasn’t very helpful to guests. Seemed a bit too laid back. Guests with kids should be allowed to access towels as needed. It was 8:30am, not a busy time at pool too, so no reason to hold back on towels. My kids accidentally spilled tea on floor of dining area. The cleaning crew took its time to come clean it up, which was a hazard to all other dining guests. The cleaning crew should be really responsive to these situations as someone could slip and fall down. Our key cards kept deactivating, it was very inconvenient to keep going to reception to fix the card, it happened to us over 10 times (in 3 days). No tissue in room, insufficient toilet paper for our family.

Lot to tell coz it's my pleasure and it's the only Hotel that I prefer to stay in Hyderabad. I have stayed for more than 50 times. The hotel is very close to me and I always love to come here.

Our experience was exceptional the breakfast had so many varieties of food and the buffet in the evenings was absolutely delicious even with my fussy family. James the director of culinary service was amazing even getting mooli for us late one evening as we wanted mooli paratha.The staff from Heena, Tridip, Rajesh and restaurant manager was brilliant cannot fault with the services. This was a very hectic trip packed into one week and the helpfulness of the staff and they went over and above to make us comfortable. This is a great gem hidden within Banjara hills. It is a property that we will definitely be returning to. I have stayed at other radisson properties but this one the service and all staff were exceptional.

The staff is definitely among the best in the hotels I have stayed over the past decade. They’re entirely dedicated to make the guest experience at the level of the reputed Hyderabad hospitality. We were warmly welcomed by Heena and during our stay Sushmita did everything to make us feel at home. We’ve never seen someone caring for guests like this. After a week at the hotel, we didn’t worry about anything as we knew Sushmita would find a solution! This made a huge difference for us because we went to Hyderabad for a medical stay. I praise a lot this level of excellence in taking care of guests.

Basically everything was amazing. Most of all the food was fantastic. Some staff names I would like to appreciate specifically are Raghu Saumya Heena Tarik Rajesh (front office manager)

We had some difficulty in checking in. We came at 11am. But checking time was 3pm. We were asked to pay 10000 more if we check in early and get an upgraded room. We didn't want that. So we had to wait till 3pm. One recommendation for check in time would be 12 noon. 3pm is too late. Second recommendation is to make a children play zone where children can spend time. The Vishakhapatnam Radisson property has it and it was so helpful to keep the childrwn happy. Apart from that everything else was 10 star experience.

The staff members were really kind and helpful.Rooms were really clean.Breakfast was really tasty and there is lots of options of food especially the dinner. Room space is a lot.Room service came whenever you want it to come. Dining area is really neat and organised. Lots of facilities like the pool and gym. Pool was really cool,clean and fun. The team is amazing aswell as the house keeping and spa.

Everything was really good there is nothing bad about this property. It was perfect.

The size of the rooms was very good, the hotel ambience was light, airy and calm, and a great location in a quiet lane away from the traffic. Food in Honey Basil was superb and the staff were brilliant 👏

Decor and fittings were a little tired in some rooms, furniture was old and some rooms had a musty smell. I stayed in 3 different rooms over 7 nights to get a feel for the property as I am going back in April
