The size of the room and bathroom and location just opposite to a shopping mall and good connectivity. Breakfast was a lot of choice and the staff was good too!

The pool timings are restricted from 7 to 7, which is not ideal for people to use as most of the time people have to leave early or arrive back late in the evening after 6. I had to ask the staff at reception to make it an exclusion for me as I was there just for a day to see the culture and architecture of the city. So I arrived back at 9 pm but they allowed me to use the pool the next day in the morning at 6 am. So, at least, that was sorted. Another thing was the bathtub. The water outlet knob was difficult to even twist, and there were hair strands in the bath tub which was unexpected as I just checked in, the cleaning team need to make sure that the bathroom is clean and as per the hygiene standards!

We had a really nice experience in this hotel, we stayed a total of 6 night and felt really well, sadly India hit hard on some of us but the nice rooms let us stay in a good mood. At the breakfast you can choose between a lot of stuff, sadly some plates you have to order were supplements. Gym and pools were fine. The isolation from the traffic outside is perfect, we could sleep even during the day without hearing any noise.

The breakfast supplements like pancakes or scrambled eggs, but it was also our fault to not ask, also having breakfast after 9:30 meant waiting a lot to have a seat for a couple, we tried only one time to have a seat for four and it was even worse.

This was our second time staying at this property and this time around we were given a room on a higher floor with a nice view of the GVK One mall. The room was clean and spacious and did not have that dusty smell that we encountered last time.

We were informed by the front desk about a laundry package rate and when we gave our laundry to the staff the next day we told them it was as part of the package that we were told about. During check out, they charged us the full amount rather than the subsidized package rate and when we mentioned this discrepancy, they said we had to confirm the package deal by calling the front desk. This was not mentioned to us before by either the front desk or the person who accepted our laundry. In the end they offered us a discount on the laundry fees but this experience was a bit of a damper. It would have been best if they had highlighted all these rules beforehand to us, hopefully they resolve this in the future so that no one else faces the same issue. Other than that, it was a lovely stay

Room was spacious, had an L-shaped couch, ottoman, the twin beds were quite wide and bigger than typical twin, great bathroom, would have been nice to have an espresso machine in the room but they did provide electric hot water kettle and tea bags, coffee, etc. Staff in the restaurant, not all but many were extremely warm welcoming and security staff upon leaving or returning to the property's front gate, was always welcoming us with a huge smile and warmth!

Not much to write here, the restaurant sometimes would be so busy that they'd miss an item or two on the table setting.

I liked the personnel, very kind and supportive, and the restaurant (tasty international breakfast and good food). The room was spotless, large, comfortable, and silent (street noise was not audible). The neighborhood is chaotic but central, and it is in a good position to see around Hyderabad. Since the traffic jams during the day a lot, it is important to stay in the city center if you do not want to spend 1h 30min in the traffic jam for a few kilometers.

Even if the food was delicious and the waiters suggested food based on the level of tolerance of spices, it would be optimal to increase the list of international and NON-spicy foods on the menu.

Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and the staff went all the way to help your meal and stay comfortable. A special mention to Rakesh and Sanjana in Gallery Cafe, who were exceptional with their caring nature and hospitality. Food is rich with plenty of varieties so be careful if you watch your weight.

The room had massive dampness but I could not find where it was coming from as I could not. In the end had to switch off the air conditioning with the outside temp hitting 40. Complained to the front desk who were willing to help but took them some time to find a damp fr4ee room as the one they could find had dampness as well, eventually, they got it sorted and moved me to a different room in the last 3 days of my stay.

Location. Just opposite GVK mall on Banjara Hills. Clean rooms, very polite and well mannered staff. All departments ( Food & Beverage service,House Keeping and Front Office). Would also like to thank the food production staff for the excellent buffet breakfast.

The swimming pool could have been bigger, I reckon it’s because of space constraints. The pizza I ordered from my room was terrible. Bland, shapeless and the thick dough/ base was uncooked. Management, should look into it.

Super breakfast and good rooms with top facilities. They have a wide variety of foods in buffet. All the staffs in restaurant is good and their services are exceptional. Especially akash.

We stayed for 4 nights. The only drawback is that they follow the same menu for breakfast, so eating the same food for 4 days is not too good. The reception staff and bell boy doesn't seem to be too good. They are not responsible for our luggage. We found one of our box missing which we went to top floor and found it from their store room.

The location was very good and so was the kitchen and restaurant

Didn't get my bags for 2 hours and had to fight daily to get them up because it was a long stay and I always had to take a couple bags in and out. The staff at the reception didn't seem to care even after multiple complaints. I even sent a package which reached 3 days prior to check-in which they confirmed by mail and I had also informed them the same prior to booking but they where unable to locate it in the morning when I needed it wasting over 2 hours of my precious business dealing time, for which I travelled 1500 kms and made me miss a meeting.
