Location in Banjara Hills is quite good, central and easy to find an Uber etc. Breakfast was also quite good was lots of traditional South Indian foods. Clean, decently sized room. House keeping was very attentive. Staff, especially the security/staff outside were very friendly and helpful.

The room occasionally smelled mouldy, especially when using the air conditioner. Our room was near the elevator which meant a lot of noise, especially at night when big groups were returning.

Everything was good in this hotel except the front staff. The treatment we got on arrival spoilt everything. I thought that bad treatment happened to me only, but whenever I used to pass by the reception I see someone is shouting.

To the senior management of Mercure: Your hotel is lovely,( the breakfast, location, rooms, Wifi ..etc ) except your untrained staff . I would suggest please try to train your front staff on Quality service. Your hotel deserve more than 7 rating on Booking.com

I had booked the room for 3 nights but had to leave suddenly after 2 nights due to an emergency. Booking was on a "no cancellation" basis through booking. Com. Despite that, the front office Manager was understanding and kind enough to not charge me for the third night. The ability to take discretionary decisions and be empathetic to your customers is what service is all about.

Room service could have been much better. Even after telling them what to bring , they kept forgetting and had to go back and forth 3 times just to complete a simple order. This means they are disorganised, no one is listening and no one is bothered. There is no system in place to double check if the right order is being served. Someone takes the order, someone else receives it in the backend, some else prepares it, someone else puts it together on a tray and yet some one else brings it. No one talks to each other. No one cares a dam to check with the person who took the order, whether everything on the tray is there , which the customer ordered? This smacks of inefficiency, carelessness and stupidity and needs to be corrected.

Friendliness of every staff I met over there, team left no opportunity to ensure guest satisfaction. Hats off to the management for taking care of their team who in turn takes care of the hotel guest. Highly recommend this hotel.

Need to think, as I don't recall anything that was not satisfactory. Almost everything that I utilized was excellent, food particularly was really tasty, should not miss to try their Lunch.

Our stay was comfortable, very nice and happy. The beds are comfortably soft with soft pillows. Lots of TV channels. Free internet with good connection. I think the security is good and they use card system. The staff are friendly and helpful as well as the staff helping us with our tour. Our check in was fast and easy. Housekeeping is good as well. Overall services are very good. We like the varieties of delicious breakfast and dinner food prepared consist mostly of Indian cuisine; and varieties of delicious desserts. They do serve omelette and sunny side eggs (big thanks to Chef Arvin for my daily dose of eggs dishes); croissant and toast bread. Overall, we love the food. The housekeeping is very good too. Our room is fresh and clean everyday.

The laundry price.

All was fine except a problem of food: no continental food. But the staff put all their strength together to make us happy. From break fast to supper we were served non spicy food and the service was excellent. Location was very good too. Ch. PURENDER and Ganesh GANGONI form a super team. All the serving team is very good. Thanks n congratulations to the front and duty managers who do everything to make guests happy. Human ressource is really at high level.

We like absolutely everything.

Connected rooms for family. Amazing staff at 2nd floor restaurant, Valet Parking staff politeness even early morning. Excellent breakfast spread Location close to main tourist spots.

Few minor things can be improved with attention to details.: 1. Missing exhaust fan in bathrooms. 2. improper slope in shower area which leads to water never draining or drying. 3. One of the room dustbin pedal was broken

I have been aching to write a review of my stay because it was nothing less than exceptional. in every possible way and I’m a finicky person with a critical perception and mentality. A special mention to the staff who helped us so very much, quick responses and I got a room upgrade too! the location is close to 3 malls and the metro station and the hotel is just on the main road. they have an in house restaurant but no other restaurant close by. the view from the room is crazy. facilities in the room will blow your mind away for a 4 star property. they had EVERYTHING. the mattress and pillows were so comfortable! I canceled my local sightseeing just to laze around in my room. they have a gym also which is open 24x7 where they keep cucumber lemon water and apples for the guests. probably one of the the best stays I’ve ever had.

Nothing to dislike

- the food at the hotel was really good. The daily buffet and the in-room dining experience was great. - the staff are friendly and professional, especially Mr. Parag Shah the GM and the dining staff Mr. Anik, Uma, Pinki and the rest. - the rooms are good size and comfortable. Overall a pretty good experience

The Housekeeping team can do a little better.

Appreciate services of the team @ the hotel, very friendly, trying to go extra miles in supporting the guests. They deserve a round of applause for being guest friendly team. I will surely use this hotel if ever I travel to the destination again.

Linen is worn out completely, hotel needs to urgently look at that to maintain their standards, HK needs to verify room cleanliness as I found a used mug from previous guest behind the curtain.
