They were extremely kind and made all the arrangements for me — I truly appreciated their warm hospitality and excellent service. I enjoyed a wonderful evening thanks to them. However, I would also like to mention that I called Mr. Satyajit regarding a delay in my order. Unfortunately, he told me he was still busy with work, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. Overall, I am very happy with the hotel’s service. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. Looking forward to staying with you again.

I appreciate the location, staff hospitality, and quick response. Housekeeping's responsiveness is commendable, and room services are making things easy for guests.

1. During breakfast service, the completed food plates are not being removed when switching to new plates. As a result, the finished plates on the table are piling up and only get removed when staff are called to clear them. This needs improvement to enhance guest comfort and maintain a cleaner, more efficient dining environment. 2.The TV in the room is not properly configured with channels. Although the technician addressed the issue temporarily, it reappeared, and the problem has not been fully resolved. As a result, guests are still unable to access the TV facility.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food options. The real highlight was the staff’s behavior at the restaurant – very pleasant, welcoming, and attentive. They not only recommended great food but also provided incredible service, taking care of every guest and their preferences. Truly outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

The final airport drop . We were 7 people with luggage, we had paid double the amount to hotel than uber rides , the way hotel staffs talk was like extraordinary vehicles and on the way purchase time etc etc . But the car was extremely poor conditions with flat Tyres 🙄. No luggage space and not clean . If the hotel does this service on regular basis then this shouldn’t be surprising.

As an Accor member, I was offered a room on the 9th-floor member floor at Mercure Hotel Hyderabad. The room was spacious and featured a partial view of Hussain Sagar. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city—Lumbini Park and the surrounding tourist area were just 2.5 km away, Golconda Fort was a 25-minute drive in the morning, and Jubilee Hills Park was about 15 minutes with regular traffic. Most major attractions are within a 30-minute drive. There is one in-house restaurant; while the breakfast spread was limited, it was decent. Overall, it was a comfortable and safe stay for a solo female traveler, and the staff were genuinely caring and attentive.

The team at Mercure Hyderabad KCP was consistently warm, courteous, and attentive — ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay from check-in to check-out. Centrally located with easy access to key attractions, shopping areas, and business hubs. The rom was clean and tastefully decorated, and most importantly, very spacious! I liked everything about the hotel and know for sure that I will return to this hotel the next time I am in Hyderabad.

Review: One Night Stay at Hotel Mercure, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad I recently had the pleasure of staying for a night at Hotel Mercure in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, and it was nothing short of an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, setting the tone for an awesome day. The location is fantastic—nestled in the heart of Banjara Hills, it offers a blend of calm and convenience. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, combining comfort with a touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the city view from the window was a pleasant bonus. Every amenity I could need was at hand, from fast Wi-Fi to well-stocked toiletries. The highlight of my stay, however, was the food. The in-house restaurant served a delicious array of dishes, blending local and international flavors perfectly. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was delightful, offering everything from traditional South Indian fare to continental options. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, always with a smile. Though it was just a one-night stay, Hotel Mercure left a lasting impression. It’s the kind of place you’d want to return to, whether for a quick city stopover or an extended stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hyderabad!

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location n good Ambience. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The facility is lovely with beautiful architecture n staff was courteous. The hotel itself n rooms are spotlessly clean. Lucky to get superior room with beautiful view. I highly recommend Mercure KCP hotel for both business n pleasure with family. Delicious food and prompt room service. Comfortable city view rooms with soft mattresses. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good roof top bar and restaurant

Reception and lobby could be improved. Phone request to reception by dialing 0 on first day was kept pending by the reception , job done only next day after face to face conversation.

I liked the clean and spacious room and facilities which were adequate in the room and the bathroom. The breakfast was sumptuous and varied. The bar on the terrace is good.

I had booked two rooms through Booking.com but they had received only one in their account. This really was an issue however they gave the second. Room too after some time.
