Service was good and well maintained. The staff are attentive and helpful. Food was tasty.

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible teamwork and dedication displayed by the team. From Reservation, a big appreciation to Rageshree, Payel, and Sravani for their consistent support and coordination. From the Duty Managers team, kudos to Pankaj, Manish, Manikanta, and Vivek for their leadership , hands-on assistance in daily operations. The other team members – Faiz, Sharmada , Swati, Jaya, Heena, Akshita, and Arif – continue to go above and beyond in delivering great services every day. A special mention to Mr. Sagar the Front Office Manager, for his continuous guidance and motivation. Also From Guest Services, heartfelt appreciation to Vemi , Sneha, and Sunte for their attentive service and guest handling. Lastly, a special shout-out to this guy Mainak, who took care of the check-in . He is so much humble and my kids enjoyed the stay and loved the room he has given us . Thank you Mainak . The spa Is really nice and great value. The food is good and great value, The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. The facilities are decent. The gym is nice. The pool area is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean..

Not recommended for vegan or lactose intolerant. They didn't have alternative milk and the staff seemed confused every time I asked about it, although I had requested it on multiple occasions. It seems there are problems with staff communication between different teams. Other than that, they tried hard to keep you happy. Another note: The soundproofing could be better. The coffee could be better.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay! From the moment I checked in, Mainak was warm, helpful and most importantly humble and Chill . Haven’t meet someone like this . He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even upgraded me to one of the highest room categories — a gesture I truly appreciated. The room (6055) was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities also with the view of Lake will be there in my mind. Thanks to him, my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope his dedication gets recognized. I highly recommend this hotel — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mainak, you’re in excellent hands!

High quality3 restaurants, each offering their own menus. Poolside restaurant has an excellent view, along with many of the rooms. Many staff members and managers deserve a mention here, so I will list as many as I can remember at the moment… Front Desk/Management/Laundry Service/Bell boys: Stalin, Naveen, Sagar, Rohit, Mahipal, Manjunath, Heena, Nagander, Pankaj, Gouri, Krishna, Krishna, Abdu; Restaurant managers and employees: Sangay, Himanshu, Prem, Rajesh, Sunil, Joyant, Tushar, Govardhan, Vikas, Sanjana, Rebecca, Satyajit, Sweta, Arti, Neikie, Veni, Tonlih, Kele, Chopin, Aditya, Smarotri, Bharat, Aying, Kevi, Sahil, Subhashis, Sumit, Lalit, Amitabh, Satish, Tokir, Naveen and, of course, Carol as entertainment at the Aqua restaurant. This is simply a short list of the staff; there are many others who made the stay fantastic. This hotel certainly hires excellent, attentive staff. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay in Hyderabad!

I’m not fond of some locals coming and getting drunk late night. If management can limit or control some of that, it would be great.

I had a wonderful experience at The Park Hyderabad. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and excellent service. A special mention to that gentleman at reception Mainak, who handled my check-in process with great professionalism and I loved how polite and chill he is and made me feel truly welcomed. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by someone so attentive and helpful. Thank you for making my stay memorable – I am looking forward to come back!

Upon arrival they asked us to wait as our room is not ready then after five minutes they assigned a room which was not to the standards of a five star hotel the room needed lot of maintenance. The wall edges were damaged, . The woodwork in the toilet had moulding, dust and dirt found on edges of the bed, the room service menu papers damaged, wall painting had patches, with my experience being 5 star hotels I felt this is not what I’m paying for then I have to complain the receptionist give me an alternative room as I’m not happy with the room then the staff where accommodating they showed me alternative room which was to the standards.

We had a nice room. Breakfast was really good, including food and atmosphere. Had a nice terrace where one can sit and relax.

Some of the staff didn’t seem to understand English very well, which made communication challenging. They also were less helpful and accommodating than in other hotels we stayed in India. Bathroom sink and shower require renovation but the bathtub was nice. The room wasn’t prepared for 3 people upon our arrival although we booked for 3 people and reminded them in advance.

The room was exceptional . I stayed in the panoramic room overlooking Hussain Sagar. Fantastic. Was able to get a Cappuccino even at 3 AM. The staff were very courteous . Breakfast was exceptional. Special kudos to Sanjana at the breakfast table. She was happy to help me despite my numerous nagging requests at the table :). Gym was neat and clean . The pool was outstanding ! Would stay here if I were to visit Hyderabad again.
